★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive aborrecimentos, nós quais foi conversado com a Dona Socorro. Estrutura grande, para poucos funcionários. Necessário reforma em alguns quartos com goteiras. No mais, torço por uma reestruturação do local que é muito bonito.
 I've had hassles, we've been talking to Dona Socorro. Large structure, for few employees. Necessary renovation in some rooms with leaking. On the plus side, I am grateful for a restructuring of the site which is very beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não devemos levar em conta os comentários negativos e sim os positivos. Afinal, cada um tem sua experiência individual. No meu caso e de minha família, a experiência foi maravilhosa. Ótimo atendimento e um lugar maravilhoso para passar um final de semana descansando com a família, namorado ou que seja até sozinho. Vale a pena conhecer e desfrutar de cada espaço que o lugar tem para oferecer!
We should not take into account the negative comments but the positive ones. After all, each one has his individual experience. In my case and my family, the experience was wonderful. Great service and a wonderful place to spend a weekend resting with family, boyfriend or even up alone. It is worth knowing and enjoying every space that the place has to offer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é agradável mas o atendimento deixou a desejar, fui com a minha esposa e filha, a proprietária já tinha recebido o valor do site acumaé e quando eu cheguei já foi logo me dizendo que estava tendo muitos prejuízos com esse site, quando eu pedi o almoço que estava no meu cupom ainda queria me cobrar, eu disse que recorreria junto ao site pois não achava justo ela não receber, para minha surpresa a Raquel do site me disse que ela estava me defamando, acho ridículo me cobrar duas vezes por um mesmo serviço, fiquei frustrado, mas o local é bom, só preciso usar de boa fé pois o mercado não tá fácil pra ninguém

Não são todos os quartos que tem frigobar, o ar condicionado quando tem não gela, deixa a desejar muito em limpeza e organização, o café de manhã só funciona pra quem é da família da dona, falta muita coisa que tem no cardápio (quase tudo).
NÃO RECOMENDADO A NINGUÉM.
O absurdo é tanto que eles alugam suíte de casal com o colchão no chão ao em vez da cama de casal... Ridículo...
It doesn't match the photos at all.
Not all rooms have a minibar, the air conditioning when there is no freezing, leaves a lot to be desired in cleaning and organization, breakfast only works for those of the owner's family, there is a lot missing from the menu (almost everything ).
NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.
The absurdity is so much that they rent a double suite with the mattress on the floor instead of the double bed ... Ridiculous ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou me sentido frustrada com a forma que se portou a dona da pausada, comprei um cupom no acumae, e agendei para usar no Domingo, a mesma deu ok que estava agendado, no entanto no dia seguinte acordei cedo para curtir um domingão em família, pois bem, ao ligar o meu celular recebo uma mensagem da dona da pausada desmarcando por motivo de falecimento do seu tio, não acreditando muito, meu esposo ligou do numero dele para saber se a pousada estava aberta e se estava funcionando, para a nossa surpresa a mesma disse que no momento não estava na pousada mais a pousada estava aberta e que ele poderia ir direto, na mensagem do WhatsApp ela havia informado que só iria abrir na quinta feira, nossa fiquei pensando..... Seria por causa do Cupom ? pois a mesma me falou dias anterior que eu poderia pagar o mesmo valor na própria pousada, mais como não dispomos de dinheiro sempre, e usamos cartões para muitas coisas, assim fiz. A crise esta ai atingindo todo mundo. Então não estou aqui para sujar a imagem da pousada ou da dona dela. E só para alertar as pessoas que compra cupom, pois o mesmo parece que não tem valor o ela não vai receber. o procedimento dessa pessoa não foi nada salutar, pois eu ia sim consumir ou ate pernoitar na pousada caso gostasse afinal no dia seguinte seria feriado, mais valeu a experiência, isso só mostrar que a pessoas agem com as outras conforme o status de cada um.

I'm feeling frustrated with the way the owner of the pause behaved, I bought a coupon at acumae, and I scheduled to use it on Sunday, it went ok, it was scheduled, however the next day I woke up early to enjoy a Sunday with the family, well, when I turn on my cell phone, I get a message from the owner of the pause, canceling it due to the death of her uncle, not really believing, my husband called his number to find out if the inn was open and if it was working, to our surprise she said that at the time she was not at the inn, the inn was open and that he could go straight, in the WhatsApp message she had informed that she would only open it on Thursday, wow I was wondering ..... It would be because of the Coupon ? because she told me days before that I could pay the same amount at the inn itself, but as we don't always have money, and we use cards for many things, so I did. The crisis is there reaching everyone. So I'm not here to smudge the image of the inn or its owner. And just to alert people who buy a coupon, because it looks like it has no value or it will not receive. this person's procedure was not at all healthy, as I would rather consume or even stay overnight at the inn if I liked it after all, it would be a holiday, after all, the experience was worth it, this just shows that people act with each other according to the status of each one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é horrível, caindo aos pedaços, não trás segurança, é sujo,desorganizado, donos não se importam com nada, comida péssima e a localização não é boa. Quando puxamos as portas do banheiro só faltou se desmanchar, ambiente desagradável. Não se iludam com essas fotos e videos é tudo fotoshop, a comida sempre atrasada e não tem aspecto bom, ambiente totalmente irregular para qualquer atividade.
The place is horrible, falling apart, no safety behind, dirty, disorganized, owners do not care about anything, food terrible and location is not good. When we pulled the bathroom doors all we needed was to get undone, unpleasant surroundings. Do not deceive yourself with these photos and videos is everything fotoshop, the food is always late and does not look good, totally irregular environment for any activity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os quartos não tem televisor, não tem lençóis, um pouco sujo e sem nenhum outros hóspedes a não ser nós quatro. Café da manhã do primeiro dia foi bom, mas o do dia seguinte, tinham apenas 3 tapiocas e alguns pedacinhos de mamão e café, mais nada.
The rooms have no TV, no sheets, a little dirty and no other guests but the four of us. Breakfast on the first day was good, but on the next day there were only 3 tapioca and a few pieces of papaya and coffee, nothing more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior Réveillon da minha vida, não foi feito tudo o que foi prometido na hora da contratação e o que feito, foi de péssima qualidade.
Café da manhã, só tinha fruta (melão e melancia) café logo no segundo dia acabou e o pão era duro, sobra do dia anterior.
Almoço, não tive esse prazer pois não tive coragem de comer. Fui almoçar em outros locais da região.
Jantar, a mesma coisa do almoço.
Resumindo é um péssimo local, os quartos são bonitos nas fotos, porque na verdade não são, no meu quarto o banheiro não tinha pia, ficava um balde pra reter a água do buraco onde seria a pia, e o ar-condicionado é fraco.
Fui pedir o meu dinheiro de volta, no dia que cheguei ou parte do que eu tinha pago e eles não devolveram.
A proprietária é recepcionista, arrumadeira e cozinheira, pois não tem estrutura e capacidade de gerenciar e de executar todas as funções.
Péssima ideia.
Worst New Year's Eve of my life, everything that was promised at the time of hiring was not done and what was done was of bad quality.

In summary it's a terrible place, the rooms are beautiful in the photos, because they are not really, in my room the bathroom had no sink, there was a bucket to hold the water from the hole where the sink would be, and the air conditioning is weak.
I went to ask for my money back on the day I arrived or part of what I had paid and they did not return it.
The owner is a receptionist, a maid and a cook, as she does not have the structure and capacity to manage and perform all functions.
Bad idea.
