★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e muita irresponsabilidade. Café da manhã programado para as 6:30 e ninguém nem sabia onde estava a moça que preparava o café. Segui viagem sem café da manhã.
Não recomendo.
Tem coisa melhor e no mesmo valor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente gostaria de me hospedar neste hotel, porem o telefone não funciona, não tem como entrar em contato com o pessoal do hotel, não WhatsApp nem Instagram. Com tecnologia que temos atualmente um hotel não ter um meio de comunicação e impossível desfrutar os benefícios deste. Atualizem seus telefones e tenha visibilidade nas redes sociais, pois quem não se atualiza fica para trás.

With technology that we currently have a hotel does not have a means of communication and it is impossible to enjoy the benefits of this. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, fiquei apenas uma noite. O lugar é legal, mas é bem simples. Falando especificamente do quarto q eu fiquei a cama era horrivel, colchão de espuma tava torto, a tv só pega 3 canais, com sinal muito ruim. Chuveiro elétrico não funcionava. Nao sei se em outros quartos as coisas sao melhores... O café da manhã é simples, razoável, sem muita variedade. Pelo preço que eles oferecem tem outras opções de mais qualidade e com diferença mínima no valor.
O atendimento é bom.
Well, I only stayed one night. The place is nice, but it is very simple. Speaking specifically of the room I stayed in, the bed was awful, the foam mattress was crooked, the TV only picks up 3 channels, with a very bad signal. Electric shower did not work. I don't know if things are better in other rooms ... Breakfast is simple, reasonable, without much variety. For the price they offer there are other options of more quality and with a minimum difference in value.
The service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agora parece que mudou de gestão... mas em 2016 quando cheguei em marabá as reclamações são as mesmas dos comentários...
Chuveiro elétrico não funcionava, o ar condicionado fazia um barulho de avião a noite toda e a cama rangia mais do que tudo. Um dos funcionários me disse que o dono do hotel não ligava os chuveiros pq a conta de energia vinha alta... aí ele falava pros hóspedes que estavam quebrados...

Leite
Tapioca
Pra tomar café vc sobe uma escadaria enorme...
Pelo preço vc acha coisa melhor...
Não sei como está hoje em dia com a nova gestão.
Mas baseado na experiência que tive é o pior hotel que já fiquei na vida.

Electric shower didn't work, the air conditioning made an airplane noise all night and the bed creaked more than anything. One of the employees told me that the owner of the hotel did not turn on the showers because the energy bill was high ... then he spoke to the guests who were broken ...

To drink coffee you go up a huge staircase ...
For the price you think better ...
I don't know how it is nowadays with the new management.
But based on the experience I had it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
