★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei super desrespeitoso a forma que fomos tratados, por falha de comunicação da empresa de hospedagem com a própria pousada. Agora estamos em plena quinta feira procurando um lugar para se hospedar… e eles nem para prover uma hospedagem. E ainda indicaram uma pousada inferior… aff … péssima experiência.
 I found the way we were treated to be super disrespectful, due to a lack of communication between the hosting company and the inn itself. Now we're in the middle of Thursday looking for a place to stay… and they don't even provide lodging. And they even indicated an inferior inn… aff… bad experience.

Café da manhã farto e diversificado.
Funcionários extremamente educados.
Área de jacuzzi deliciosa. Com som e TV.
Restaurante com pratos diversos e preço justo.
Large, clean and airy rooms. Good bed and good shower. Air conditioning and fridge.
Rich and diverse breakfast.
Extremely polite staff.
Delightful jacuzzi area. With sound and TV.
Restaurant with different dishes and fair prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito boa a acomodação. Muito bom o atendimento. Hotel com atendimento personalizado. Com serviços que te oferecem uma experiência única. Única ressalva é que não é bem explicado o uso da jacuzzi. Você pode utilizá-la sem pagar adicional, mas não aquecem a água, aí vira uma piscina. Mas mesmo assim vale muito a pena. Principalmente pra uma lua de mel. Ou viagem a casal.
Very good accommodation. Very good service. Hotel with personalized service. With services that offer you a unique experience. The only caveat is that the use of the jacuzzi is not well explained. You can use it without paying extra, but they don't heat the water, then it turns into a pool. But it's still very worth it. Especially for a honeymoon. Or travel as a couple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As instalações são boas(simples mas confortáveis), tem uma jacuzzi legal para curtir, o cardápio do restaurante é bem agradável, o espaço externo é bem iluminado e convidativo, mas me senti muito incomodado com o tratamento que recebi de um dos recepcionistas, acredito que não devemos implorar por um serviço, arrumar o quarto nao é um favor faz parte do contrato, cheguei a pensar que eu estava ali de favor e que havia esquecido de dar a descarga do banheiro. Com a exceção do tratamento da recepção recomendo.
The facilities are good (simple but comfortable), it has a nice jacuzzi to enjoy, the restaurant menu is very pleasant, the outside space is well lit and inviting, but I felt very uncomfortable with the treatment I received from one of the receptionists, I believe that we shouldn't beg for a service, cleaning the room is not a favor it's part of the contract, I even thought that I was there for a favor and that I had forgotten to flush the bathroom. With the exception of the reception treatment I recommend it.

A começar pela recepcionista que deu informações erradas e incompletas.
O café da manhã que era "o forte do hotel" foi um desastre. Um café a La Carte! E a justificativa é que tinham menos de 10 hóspedes e por isso, o café não seria Buffet. O que é um absurdo, pois não dizia isso na propaganda. Deram uma bandeja com 6 salgados e um pedaço minúsculo de bolo e disseram que era uma bandeja por quarto (detalhe: era um quarto duplo).
A impressão, é que o hotel não quer "desperdiçar" um centavo para atender melhor o cliente e os funcionários da recepção e da gerência não foram cordiais.
Fiz o check-out desesperado para ir embora.
Se não fosse a beleza da pousada, a avaliação seria uma estrela.
The infrastructure is very good, but the service is at least confusing...
Starting with the receptionist who gave wrong and incomplete information.
The breakfast that was "the strong point of the hotel" was a disaster. A la carte coffee! And the justification is that they had less than 10 guests and therefore, the coffee would not be buffet. Which is absurd, because it didn't say that in the advertisement. They gave a tray with 6 snacks and a tiny piece of cake and said it was one tray per room (detail: it was a double room).
The impression is that the hotel does not want to "waste" a penny to better serve the customer and the reception and management staff were not cordial.
I checked out desperate to leave.
If it weren't for the beauty of the inn, the review would be one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvidas uma das piores hospedagem que já adquiri em todos os aspectos, pousada quer ganhar dinheiro em baixa temporada a custa dos poucos hóspedes que adentram o local, a hidromassagem vc precisa pagar uma singela taxa de R$ 300,00 para poder utilizar além do que já foi pago na sua hospedagem. Chuveiro com água quente inexistente. Banheiro com peças quebradas, frigobar não gela nada. Ambiente bem sujo.. Janelas quebradas, dona do local fazendo o uso de venda casada, vc só pode beber no local se for da bebida vendida no restaurante da pousada. Caso contrário vc tem que pagar uma taxa de R$ 150,00. Se vc for trocar toalha ou solicitar algum outro utensílio tbm é cobrado uma taxa de R$ 50,00.. Caso queiram fazer uma visita a essa hospedagem já saibam desses custos além do cobrado na sua reserva.
Undoubtedly one of the worst accommodation I've ever acquired in all aspects, inn wants to earn money in low season at the expense of the few guests who enter the place, the whirlpool you need to pay a simple fee of R$ 300.00 to be able to use it in addition to the that has already been paid for in your hosting. Shower with non-existent hot water. Bathroom with broken parts, fridge does not cool anything. Very dirty environment.. Broken windows, owner of the place making use of married sales, you can only drink on site if it is from the drink sold at the inn's restaurant. Otherwise you have to pay a fee of R$ 150,00. If you are going to change a towel or request some other utensil, a fee of R$ 50.00 is also charged.
