Banheiros mal conservados, vasos sanitários soltos do piso e a limpeza é bem ruim. Os canais de TV são via antena parabólica que tem sinal ruim.
Mas é uma das únicas opções de hotelna cidade.
The cleaning leaves something to be desired!
Poorly maintained bathrooms, loose toilets from the floor and cleanliness is very poor. The TV channels are via satellite dish that has a bad signal.
But it is one of the only hotel options in the city.

I stayed for a year at the Hotel Raízes. Place where I was welcomed as a member of the family. Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is very cozy, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is very delicious. Hotel Raízes is a great accommodation option.
