★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dispõe os itens que estão detalhados no site. O local está praticamente abandonado, a noite deixam um funcionário somente para fazer a segurança, a recepção e resolver os problemas dos hóspedes. Fiquei hospedada uma noite e em um prazo de 24 horas tivemos que trocar 3 vezes de quarto. O primeiro a cama estava quebrada e o quarto sujo, no segundo quarto o chuveiro não funcionava. No terceiro a descarga do banheiro estava ruim, mas desistimos de pedir nova troca.. levem toalha de banho, papel higiênico, sabonete... As toalhas deles não tem condições de uso e não tinha sabonete ou papel higiênico no banheiro..
O local é enorme tem um grande potencial mas precisa de funcionários comprometidos e de uma boa reforma... Após todos os problemas que tivemos com o hotel, não pediram bem desculpas no checkout.
 It does not have the items that are detailed on the website. The place is practically abandoned, at night they leave an employee just to do security, the reception and solve the problems of the guests. I stayed one night and within 24 hours we had to change rooms 3 times. The first, the bed was broken and the room was dirty, in the second the shower didn't work. On the third, the toilet flush was bad, but we gave up asking for a new exchange .. take a bath towel, toilet paper, soap ... Their towels are not in use and there was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom.
The place is huge, has great potential but needs committed staff and a good renovation ... After all the problems we had with the hotel, they did not apologize well at checkout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem sei por onde começar, foi horrível........ chegamos no hotel e tinha 2 viaturas da polícia na frente, pois outros hospedes tinham solicitado, pois não existia reserva para muitos inclusive a minha, na recepção tinha um rapaz que dia ser o cozinheiro que estava tentando acalmar os hospedes que estavam chegando a todo momento. Imagine minha experiência primeira vez na cidade e primeira vez reservando pelo Booking, estava com duas crianças (2 e 6 Anos). Até que me arrumaram um quanto nos fundos do hotel, quase dentro do matagal sujo que até tentaram colocar um chuveiro que não funcionou, ficamos sem banho e sem comida, pois o restaurante que falaram que funcionava no hotel dava nojo e só tinha arroz e feijão, por um preço de bistrô. Somente dormi neste lixo por causa das crianças, que choravam pedindo que queriam voltar para casa, assim que amanheceu fomos embora. A cidade até me pareceu bonita, mas a experiência fechou meus olhos para o resto todo.
I don't even know where to start, it was awful ........ we arrived at the hotel and there were 2 police cars in front, as other guests had requested, as there was no reservation for many including mine, at the reception there was a boy who day be the cook who was trying to calm the guests who were arriving all the time. Imagine my experience first time in the city and first time booking through Booking, I was with two children (2 and 6 years old). Until they got me some in the back of the hotel, almost inside the dirty scrub that even tried to put a shower that didn't work, we were left without a bath and without food, because the restaurant that they said worked in the hotel was disgusting and only had rice and beans , for a bistro price. I only slept in this garbage because of the children, who were crying asking that they wanted to go home, as soon as morning came we left. The city seemed pretty to me, but the experience closed my eyes to the rest of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local e péssimo. Não recomendo a ninguém. Durante a estadia tive problemas com falta de água, falta de energia e falta de limpeza. O quarto estava todo empoeirado e os jogos de cama e travesseiro estavam sujos e cheiravam ruim (suor e mofo) e as toalhas estavam manchadas. Tivemos de solicitar duas vezes para fazerem a troca, além de que cortina estava completamente empoeirada. Durante a estadia não fizeram a limpeza do quarto.
Tenho problema respiratório e fiz o check-out antes do previsto pois estava afetando a minha saúde, tive crises de tosse, falta de ar e espirros.
O café da manhã e bem básico. O hotel também tem quadras de esporte, mas por exemplo a de tênis, não tem raquete e nem bola.
Fui na intenção de descansar e só tive dor de cabeça.
Se tiverem a intenção de ir, não vão, só frustração e gasto de dinheiro a toa!
The location is terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone. During the stay I had problems with lack of water, lack of energy and lack of cleaning. The room was all dusty and the bed and pillow sets were dirty and smelled bad (sweat and mold) and the towels were stained. We had to ask twice to make the switch, and the curtain was completely dusty. During the stay they did not clean the room.
I have a respiratory problem and I checked out early because it was affecting my health, I had coughing, shortness of breath and sneezing.
Breakfast is very basic. The hotel also has sports courts, but for example the tennis court, has no racket or ball.
I went with the intention of resting and I just had a headache.
If they intend to go, they won't, just frustration and spending money for nothing!

Mais o quarto infelizmente eles deixaram a desejar.
Poderia melhorar um pouco mais .
Café razoável e a janta até que gostei.
