 Receptivity by some of the employees. Delicious and varied breakfast, airy rooms. Hot shower, spacious room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel top, bem localizado, quartos bons, café ótimo, só não gostei que a garagem de dia não tem porteiro, aí vc tem que ligar pra eles abrirem o portão, isso não é nada útil
Top hotel, well located, good rooms, great coffee, I just didn't like that the garage during the day doesn't have a doorman, so you have to call them to open the gate, that's not useful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel bem localizado, limpo, quartos amplos , café da manhã de primeira, contudo os quartos são muito distantes da recepção, escadas mal projetada, garagem muito apertada para carros. Preços já foram bons .
Hotel well located, clean, large rooms, first class breakfast, however the rooms are very far from the reception, poorly designed stairs, very tight garage for cars. Prices used to be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel bom, tranquilo, fomos bem atendidos. Porém muitos lances de escada pra subir, quando chegamos não tinha mais vaga no estacionamento, deixamos o carro na porta do hotel. E o carro não tem uma boa vedação, dá pra escutar tudo de quem passa pelo corredor, eu particularmente não gosto de hotel assim, não amém sinto confortável.
Good hotel, quiet, we were well attended. But many flights of stairs to climb, when we arrived there was no more parking space, we left the car at the door of the hotel. And the car doesn't have a good seal, you can hear everything from whoever passes through the corridor, I don't particularly like a hotel like this, I don't feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banheiro do quarto não tem ventilação. O ar-condicionado está sujo. Persianas e blackout da única janela do quarto precisa ser trocada. Café da manhã em atrativos. Péssima noite de sono. Não me hospedo mais neste hotel, nem recomendo.
Bedroom bathroom has no ventilation. The air conditioning is dirty. Blinds and blackout of the only window in the room needs to be replaced. Breakfast at attractions. Bad night's sleep. I will no longer stay at this hotel, nor do I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os quantos tem tamanhos bons, porém com muitas melhorias a serem feitas... O banheiro volta um cheiro insuportável de esgoto de enxofre um cheiro muito forte, o quarto tem uma área privativa que estava toda suja, os blackouts da janela rasgados e cortinas sujas, guarda roupa do quarto com as partes de baixo todos estragado, porta do banheiro com a parte de baixo toda se desfazendo.
Tive um imprevisto com aparelhos eletrônicos onde os quartos so possuem tomadas 220v e o hotel não disponibiliza transformadores para hospedes.
The ones are good sizes, but with many improvements to be made... The bathroom comes back with an unbearable smell of sulfur sewage a very strong smell, the room has a private area that was all dirty, the window blackouts torn and dirty curtains , bedroom wardrobe with the bottom parts all ruined, bathroom door with the bottom part falling apart.
I had an accident with electronic devices where the rooms only have 220v outlets and the hotel does not provide transformers for guests.
