Ao chegar o sistema deu erro na reserva e o nossos quartos não tinha. A gerência simplesmente arrumou quartos superiores e manteve o preço acordado no Booking.
Muito bom hotel, quartos amplos tudo limpo, roupas de cama e banho bons e limpos.
Um jantar que adorei devido ao tempero.
Muito bom mesmo.
 I'm working and booked through booking.
Upon arriving the system gave an error in booking and our rooms did not have it. The management simply arranged superior rooms and kept the price agreed on the Booking.
Very good hotel, large rooms all clean, bedding and bath good and clean.
A dinner I loved because of the seasoning.
Very good indeed.

I have stayed 4 times ... More the service is terrible for two Attendants ..... Weak coffee..no egg had ... I was unlocked..I was not given an invoice ... TERRIBLE THERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel esta longe de ser quatro estrelas. A água do chuveiro é muito fraca, tive que solicitar um frigobar que só colocaram no dia seguinte. Os funcionários agradáveis e educados; o valor da diária está compatível com o que o hotel oferece aos hóspedes. Sugeri que fosse colocado um corrimão nas escadas que levam ao andar superior para evitar que alguém caia e processe o hotel por essa falha.
The hotel is far from being four stars. The water in the shower is very weak, I had to request a fridge which they only put in the next day. Pleasant and polite staff; the daily rate is compatible with what the hotel offers guests. I suggested putting a handrail on the stairs leading to the upper floor to prevent someone from falling and suing the hotel for this failure.
