★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mto ruim em nível de administração. O local é bonito, agradável e aconchegante, porém está sem a devida manutenção. Atendimento de péssima qualidade, nenhum interesse em que o cliente saia satisfeito. Íamos passar o fds e estamos indo embora logo no sábado. Até água faltou no chalé, sem que tomassem as providências pra solucionar o problema. Passamos a noite sem água e qdo providenciaram, só pela manhã, a água veio cheia de ferrugem e suja, sem a menor condição de a gente fazer uso. No restaurante tb faltava peixe, presunto, frutas, só tinha mamão e banana. Tb encontramos no quarto sujo, empoeirado e qdo pedimos uma vassoura pra varrer nos entregaram sem sequer pedir a algum funcionário que fizesse esse trabalho. Pouca iluminação no chalé à noite, sem absolutamente nada, n amo garrafas de água no frigobar. Nenhum copo ou talher dispõem pra gente no apartamento. Enfim, vou parar por aqui pra não me estender além do que já me estendi.
Very bad at the administration level. The place is beautiful, pleasant and cozy, but it has not been properly maintained. Poor quality service, no interest in the customer being satisfied. We were going to spend the weekend and we're leaving on Saturday. There was even a lack of water in the chalet, without any measures being taken to solve the problem. We spent the night without water and when they provided, only in the morning, the water came full of rust and dirty, without the slightest condition for us to use it. The restaurant also lacked fish, ham, fruit, only papaya and banana. We also found it in the dirty, dusty room and when we asked for a broom to sweep, they gave it to us without even asking any employee to do this job. Poor lighting in the cottage at night, absolutely nothing, I don't love bottled water in the fridge. No glass or cutlery is available for us in the apartment. Anyway, I'm going to stop here so as not to extend myself beyond what I've already extended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bem aconchegante, atendimento bem receptivo. Falta um pouco mais atenção nos itens de lazer com pedalinho e quadra, esses estão com aparência de pouco cuidado. Comida com preço justo e bem saborosa, recomendo sempre para quem quer se desligar do barulho e agitação da cidade
Very cozy place, very welcoming service. Lacks a little more attention in leisure items with pedal boat and court, these are looking of little care. Food at a fair price and very tasty, I always recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the noise and hustle of the city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é lindo, porém estava sem manutenção, parece aqueles locais que estão prestes a fechar, quarto muito odor de mofo, café absurdo os valores para o que o local proporciona, 10 reais um café! Nem acreditei!! A noite não tem local perto para jantar ou até mesmo lanchar somente pedido de pizza e bastante demorado. Em fim, um pena !!
The place is beautiful, but it was without maintenance, it looks like those places that are about to close, room very smelly of mold, coffee absurd the values for what the place provides, 10 reais a coffee! I couldn't believe it!! At night there is no place close by to have dinner or even a snack, only pizza order and quite time consuming. Finally, a pity !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o ambiente ,super aconchegante lugar lindo e de muita paz..Passei a virada de ano novo lá..o legal que podia levar bebidas e sua comida se assim..quisesse..Os atendentes super gentis e atenciosos..Comida boa ...mas achei caro .Café da manhã podia ser um pouquinho melhor ..E a academia foi desativada...O lugar necessita de manutenção ..os lençóis de cama,precisam ser trocados por estaremos manchados e o meu quarto estava sujo ...aspecto de que fica fechado a muito tempo e que quando acaba as reservas dos chalés ..eles colocam as pessoas pra lá.. por fim valeu a experiência pela beleza do local ..mas não sei se voltaria....
I loved the atmosphere, super cozy, beautiful place and very peaceful.. I spent New Year's Eve there.. the cool thing that I could bring drinks and food if I wanted to.. The servers were super kind and attentive.. Good food. ..but I thought it was expensive .Breakfast could be a little better ..And the gym was disabled...The place needs maintenance ..the bed sheets need to be changed because they will be stained and my room was dirty .. .aspect that it has been closed for a long time and that when the reservations for the chalets run out ..they send people there.. Finally, the experience was worth it for the beauty of the place ..but I don't know if I would go back....
