• Localização;
• Funcionários atenciosos e educadores.
Pontos negativos:
• Limpeza dos quartos (no plural mesmo), chão grudento, paredes sujas, lençóis manchados;
• Chuveiro péssimo (tive que trocar de quarto porque não esquentava, o segundo quarto ficava oscilando a quantidade de água quente, horrível).
Strengths:
• Location;
• Attentive staff and educators.
Negative points:
• Room cleaning (in the same plural), sticky floors, dirty walls, stained sheets;
• Bad shower (I had to change rooms because it didn't get hot, the second room kept the amount of hot water fluctuating, horrible).

Uma pena não terem regras claras sobre pets no hotel, me hospedei o meu e passei constrangimento na recepção porque informaram que não poderia ficar com o meu pet lá enquanto aguardava meu marido tomar café.
Hotel very well located, good breakfast and modest rooms but with the minimum necessary comfort. Too bad they don't have clear rules about pets at the hotel, I stayed with mine and I was embarrassed at the reception because they informed me that I couldn't keep my pet there while I waited for my husband to have breakfast.
