The rooms have a horrible return from the sewage! Never again, I just did not go anywhere else because they were full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! A cama quebrou ao sentar e trocaram de quarto no outro quarto choveu e molhou o colchão formando uma piscina. Novamente trocaram de quarto e no outro dia teve um incêndio no quarto do lado. Que desespero.
Write a Review The bed broke while sitting and they changed room in the other room it rained and wet the mattress forming a pool. Again they changed room and the other day had a fire in the room next door. What a despair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente. Atendentes sempre disponíveis a nos ajudar. Cafe da manhã ssimples, mas bom. Quartos e banheiros vem limpos.
Entretanto, precisei trocar de quarto porque o ar condicionado (modelo antigo) não estava funcionando. No outro quarto as tomadas não funcionava., apenas no dia posterior que consertaram. Existe uma campainha no hotel que os hóspedes tocam quando precisam entrar, essa campainha chegou a tocar quase 01h da manhã, muito incômodo. Vale a sugestão de rever esse procedimento... No mais, fui muito bem atendida.
The service is excellent. Attendants always available to help us. Breakfast ssimples, but good. Rooms and bathrooms come clean.
However, I needed to change rooms because the air conditioner (old model) was not working. In the other room the outlets did not work., Just the later day they fixed it. There is a doorbell in the hotel that guests ring when they need to come in, that doorbell rang almost 1am in the morning, very uncomfortable. It is worth suggesting to review this procedure ... In addition, I was very well attended.
