Quartos sujos com baratas, banheiros mofados, ralos com cabelos antigos, lençóis rasgados. Toalhas rasgadas. Teias de aranha em todas as paredes. Formigas, respingos de comida nas paredes, móveis empoeirados. Tomadas expostas e desencapado. Fechaduras quebradas. Além do café da manhã que foi decepcionante. Ovos gelados, bolos ressecados, café fraco. Tapioca dura. Cuscuz seco. Poucas opções de comida. Básico mesmo. Tanto que fiquei uma noite apenas. Com criança, ficou ainda mais complicado.
Hotel with good location. Helpful staff, however the hotel is in urgent need of renovations. Dirty rooms with cockroaches, musty bathrooms, drains with old hair, torn sheets. Torn towels. Cobwebs on all walls. Ants, food spills on the walls, dusty furniture. Exposed and bare outlets. Broken locks. Aside from the breakfast which was disappointing. Frozen eggs, dried cakes, weak coffee. Hard tapioca. Dry couscous. Few food options. Basic indeed. So much so that I only stayed one night. As a child, it got even more complicated.

As paredes e o tetos com infiltração e mofo, a descarga do banheiro não estava funcionando bem, falei com o funcionário do hotel, e ao invés de me relocar em outro quarto, ele me trouxe um balde pra eu ficar dando descarga. sem contar que a TV só funcionou com a ajuda do rapaz da recepção. Fui informado que o café da manhã , seria das 07:00 às 10:00, cheguei com minha família, que também estavam hospedados, às 09:00 para tomar café, e já não tinha quase nada. Quando solicitamos a funcionaria que estava na cozinha e o rapaz que estava auxiliando no restaurante, os dois nos trataram com má vontade e rispidez.
Good place to rest, but without much comfort. Walls and ceilings with infiltration and mold, the toilet flush was not working well, I spoke to the hotel employee, and instead of relocating me in another room, he brought me a bucket for me to flush with. not to mention that the TV only worked with the help of the guy at the reception. I was informed that breakfast would be from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, I arrived with my family, who were also staying, at 9:00 am for breakfast, and there was almost nothing left. When we asked the employee who was in the kitchen and the guy who was helping in the restaurant, the two treated us with bad will and harshness.
