★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atendimento ao extremo, fiz uma reserva viajei 300 km ao chegar no hotel não tinha ninguém pra me recepcionar, descaso total ao cliente.
 Bad service to the extreme, I made a reservation I traveled 300 km when arriving at the hotel there was nobody to welcome me, total neglect to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura é precária, atendimento fica devendo, assim como não forneceram a Nota Fiscal do serviço de hospedagem. Tive que comunicar à Receita Estadual sobre a omissão.
Structure is precarious, customer service is owed, as well as they did not provide the invoice for the hosting service. I had to inform the State Revenue Service about the omission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O café da manhã é terrível. Perguntei a menina se tinha ovos no café, ela me recomendou q comprasse e fritasse no fogão da cozinha. Essa foi demais! Os capixabas são pão duros ao extremo! Não oferecer um ovo no café, pagar uma diária cara e ainda te mandarem comprar e fazer é demais!
The breakfast is terrible. I asked the girl if she had eggs in the cafe, she advised me to buy and fry on the kitchen stove. That was awesome! The capixabas are hard bread in the extreme! Do not offer an egg in the cafe, pay an expensive night and still have you buy and do is too much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar limpo e organizado , moça da recepção muito educada. Só não dou 5 estrelas pq diferente do que está no anúncio não tem estacionamento privativo nem coberto , o carro fica no posto tem um segurança que fica cuidando. Fora isso gostei de tudo.
Clean and organized place, very polite reception girl. I just don't give 5 stars because, different from what is in the ad, there is no private or covered parking, the car is at the gas station and there is a security guard who is taking care of it. Other than that I liked everything.

Ficamos hospedados para acompanhar nosso filho na Copa Infantil de Futebol, o Hotel nos atendeu enquanto a flexibilidade de horário e saída e café da manhã para participar dos jogos durante 3 dias.
Simple Hotel, serving my family with the whole family, excellent service flexible to schedules. We stayed to accompany our son in the Children's Football Cup, the Hotel served us as long as the flexibility of time and departure and breakfast to participate in the games for 3 days.
