★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegarmos ao hotel (por volta das 23:30) fomos recepcionados friamente, Além de não receber (nem ao menos oferecer) qualquer auxílio com as malas (a recepção fica no segundo andar), ao chegarmos no quarto o mesmo estava com as paredes manchadas e o banheiro com o cabelos de terceiros na pia. Mal odor no vaso (apesar de terem 'colocado' desinfetante) e box com muito limo.
Por estarmos em uma situação de pandemia, achei um descaso com a limpeza.
Os pontos positivos foram a localização (de frente a rodoviária) e o café da manhã.
O hotel precisa melhorar.
 When we arrived at the hotel (around 23:30) we were received coldly, in addition to not receiving (or even offering) any help with our bags (the reception is on the second floor), when we arrived in the room it was with the walls stained and the bathroom with the hairs of others in the sink. Bad odor in the vase (despite having 'placed' disinfectant) and box with a lot of slime.
As we are in a pandemic situation, I found it neglecting to clean up.
The positive points were the location (in front of the bus station) and the breakfast.
The hotel needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel super bem construído, com direito a 3 andares, quartos confortáveis e espaçosos, tvs com wi-fi para usar YouTube, banheiros com água quente, os de varandas são tops demais, pessoal educado e super prestativos, sempre fico nele.
Super well built hotel, with 3 floors, comfortable and spacious rooms, TVs with wi-fi to use YouTube, bathrooms with hot water, balconies are too top, polite and super helpful staff, I always stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ok, porém pode melhorar. Café da manhã ok tbm com frutas, pães, tapioca, bolo, café, leite, frios... Deixa um pouco a desejar no quesito ambiente pois mesmo estando aparentemente limpo, o dormitório tinha um cheiro bem perceptível de mofo e outro fator negativo é o barulho de um quarto para o outro... MT irritante. Pontos positivos: limpeza, localização e preço.
Service ok, but could improve. Breakfast ok too with fruits, breads, tapioca, cake, coffee, milk, cold meats... It leaves a little to be desired in terms of the environment because even though it was apparently clean, the bedroom had a very noticeable smell of mold and another negative factor is the noise from one room to the other... MT irritating. Positives: cleanliness, location and price.
