★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Café da manhã excelente, superou todas as minhas expectativas,pois pelo valor da diária eu esperava algo mais singelo e estava tudo muito bom. O hotel é muito bem localizado, limpeza impecável.
 Excellent breakfast, exceeded all my expectations, because for the daily rate I expected something simpler and everything was very good. The hotel is very well located, impeccably clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A roupa de cama não veste o colchão e sai facilmente. O chuveiro queimou e estava encardido, demonstrando que manutenção e limpeza nunca foram executados. A recepção não informa que o frigobar está vazio. A cortina não fecha toda e o sol vai te acordar logo cedo. O isolamento acústico da construção é fraco e ouvir sons de outros quartos é incômodo. A vista do café da manhã muito bacana!
The bedding does not wear the mattress and comes off easily. The shower burnt and was grimy, demonstrating that maintenance and cleaning were never carried out. Reception does not inform that the minibar is empty. The curtain doesn't close all the way and the sun will wake you up early. The soundproofing of the building is poor and hearing sounds from other rooms is annoying. The view from the breakfast very nice!

Banheiros muito apertados. Box do chuveiro não comporta a pessoa. Vazamento de água no chão do apto. Frigobar sem congelador e temperatura alta. Falta de tomada para ligar o frigobar ou tem que desligar a TV para usar a tomada. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor.
good cleaning
Very cramped bathrooms. Shower box does not hold the person. Water leak on the floor of the apartment. Fridge without freezer and high temperature. No outlet to connect the fridge or you have to turn off the TV to use the outlet. Breakfast could be better.
