Único problema encontrado foi no contato pelo WhatsApp para efetuar a reserva, precisei usar outro número para conseguir falar. O hotel não é 5 estrelas, mas fui bem recepcionado com minha família enquanto visitava familiares nas cidades vizinhas.
Well located hotel, with parking and simple but clean suites. The only problem I found was when I contacted WhatsApp to make the reservation, I had to use another number to be able to speak. The hotel is not 5 star, but I was well received with my family while visiting relatives in neighboring towns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento e prestatividade, principalmente do funcionário responsável pelo atendimento: sempre atento!
Quanto as acomodações ficou um pouco a desejar principalmente por um barulho bem chato que fazia o ar condicionado e com ctz o filtro estava sem limpar, pois eu e minha filha espirravamos sem parar!
Mas é um quarto maior que o da maioria, e o banheiro é proporcionalmente grande
I liked the service and helpfulness, especially the employee responsible for the service: always attentive!
As for the accommodations, there was a little to be desired mainly due to a very annoying noise made by the air conditioning and with ctz the filter was not cleaned, because my daughter and I sneezed non-stop!
But it's a room larger than most, and the bathroom is proportionately large.
