★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with my family (2kids) for two weeks in Jan 21. It's a good hotel and I suspect it is one of the better ones in this area. IMHO it lacks some amenities to be four stars. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are spacey and are cleaned every day, it misses a effective toilet (ours got clogged up twice), a hair dryer and soap isn't supplied automatically. Also some days we had to ask to check the consumption of the frigobar which on the final account wasn't correct. There is a typical hotel locker but it isn't fixed to the wall, so anyone can walk away with it. The installations, like pools and gardens and playground are ok. The period we where at the hotel, there wasn't any activities organized for the kids. The beach is wide and with few people, I think I would have spent more time on the beach if they would have some kind of foods/drinks service on the beach. It is most a relaxing place but they do have some organized trips in the area, but we didn't engage with them because of the kids. The restaurant does lack some creativity and standards. Creativity in the sense that the menu becomes boring after a week and standards, because of the fact that the same plate can be served in different ways, so you'r not sure of what you are ordering. Still every time we asked for a change or disagreed with the hotel/restaurant they were willing to listen and correct whatever was not correct.
