★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 hamburgers on the beach today here, after a 2 hour wait we got annoyed and asked the personal what was taking so long (in Portuguese) the first time they said we should wait a little longer after another half a hour still no food. We asked another person again and that one just plain ignored us. The thing we discovered is that they serve Brazilian people before tourist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is Great. Very large and confortable rooms . The Beach os Very close, you only glhave to Cross the street. The breakfast os Very good with lota of options. Carefull when going outside att night, the surroundings are somewhat dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide room and toillet. Spectacular swimming pool with solarium and bar service. Amazing breakfast with a variety of tropical fruits as well as typical Brazilian dishes. Lastly, a handful of unmissable excursions like Canoa quebrada and Jericoacoara and many other activities. Lots of fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ low ethics and moral, no respect for local culture, extremely poor costumer care by the admin. Exploiters! Avoid at all costs or you will have blood in your hands. The blood of the land they still from the indigenous as they lobby with authorities to suspend indigenous land demarcation as they want 500 sq of land for yet another resort and private villas complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived early in the morning with 4 kids. The place we had reserved fell through so we came here. They told us they would only charge half day and then they charged a full day. They wouldn’t correct afterword.
The rooms are just okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance was not welcome what’s so ever, very dark I book from the airport base on Vila Gale rates, and I was very disappointed with my room 1023 on the 1st floor the shower was extremely dirty with soap stain all over my shower area, the floor was sticky. So I ask the receptionist about the hotel if was from the Same Vila Galé Hotels in Bahia and her excuse was this is a hotel not a resort. Wow what great Customer Service response. Never come back on this unit again, next time I need to book my self on the resort if I want receive Vila Galé quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is excellent. The employees are very courteous. The breakfast has many types of foods, drinks, fruits, and some regional foods. And it includes a prosecco. There a Japanese and pizza restaurants. And the principal one changes its country food according to the day of the week. The negative points are the restaurant floor cleaning during breakfast. They don't take care about this. Second, we staid in a room without a double bed. The hotel joined 2 big beds that didn't stay close. They opened many times and not allowing us to sleep together. Third, they charge a very expensive price to park the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely uncomfortable hotel. Noisy all over the place. Rooms are old fashioned, not well maintained, windows almost non existent with wind wisseling and loud music coming from pool area. People constantly making noise in corridors. It is impossible to rest. It's a 5 star hotel, but outside Brazil, not even 2 deserves. Terrible experience.
