★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospedei no feriado, amei o Hotel! Bem localizado em frente à praça, organizado e limpo, a cama inclusive parece que tem sonífero ahahah. O café da manhã preparado pela confeiteira Sônia e organizado atenciosamente pelo garçom Valdeci é uma delícia! Com certeza me hospedarei novamente quando for a Poços.
 I stayed on holiday, I loved the Hotel! Well located in front of the square, organized and clean, the bed even looks like it has sleeping pills ahahah. The breakfast prepared by the pastry chef Sônia and thoughtfully organized by the waiter Valdeci is delicious! I will definitely stay again when I go to Poços.

Tudo muito higiênico. Roupa de cama, de banho em perfeitas condições. Quarto com uma vista incrível para a praça.
Café da manhã perfeito! Tudo muito feito com muito carinho pois foi o que sentimos.
My husband and I had a great stay. New hotel with unparalleled service. At the time, there was Carla at the reception and another woman, whose name I don't remember at the moment.
All very hygienic. Bed linen and towels in perfect condition. Room with an incredible view of the square.
Perfect breakfast! Everything was done with great care because that's what we felt.

Quem gostar de boteco tem um excelente na esquina de nome Toa Toa. Atendimento muito bom e preços superjusto além de muito gostosos os petiscos . O hotel e novo com pouco mais de uma ano de construção , possui três andares e estacionamento para quem for de carro . Design novo , muito agradável , excelente atendimento . Café da manhã muito bom , variado e gostoso . Os quartos são muito confortáveis e visualmente agradáveis e amplos . Banheiro amplo e super limpo . Possui excelente localização próximo ao mercado municipal , termas , comércio , lojas , restaurantes e cafés . Super recomendamos e com toda certeza se retornarmos a Poços de Caldas retornaremos ao hotel . Outro item que nos chamou atenção e a limpeza muito presente . Podem se se hospedar sem susto .
We definitely recommend 1000%. Super well located in the center of Poços de Caldas, in front of a super quiet and friendly square with excellent restaurants and bars nearby. Those who like pubs have an excellent one on the corner called Toa Toa. Very good service and super fair prices in addition to very tasty snacks. The hotel is new with just over a year of construction, has three floors and parking for those arriving by car. New design , very nice , excellent service . Breakfast was very good, varied and delicious. The rooms are very comfortable, visually pleasing and spacious. Large and super clean bathroom. It has an excellent location close to the municipal market , thermal baths , commerce , shops , restaurants and cafes . We highly recommend it and for sure if we return to Poços de Caldas we will return to the hotel. Another item that caught our attention is the very present cleanliness. You can stay without fear.

Não há nenhum ponto negativo, todos os pontos são excepcionais como limpeza dos quartos, layout das áreas comuns, decoração em geral, música ambiente das áreas comuns de muito bom gosto, alimentação nota mil incluindo o maravilhoso e imperdível café da manhã + equipe de funcionários extremamente qualificada e treinada. Parabenizo toda equipe do Villa Fiori Hotel e todos os idealizadores. Este Hotel está preparado para receber os hospedes mais exigentes e possui um preço justo. Surprised me. I had the pleasant experience of staying at the Hotel Villa Fiori, this Hotel and staff has the standard that I would like to find in all the Hotels in my travels, it is the concept and service that I really expect from a hotel. There is no negative point, all points are exceptional such as cleanliness of the rooms, layout of common areas, decoration in general, background music in the common areas of very good taste, food note a thousand including the wonderful and unmissable breakfast + staff extremely qualified and trained. I congratulate the entire team at Villa Fiori Hotel and all the creators. This Hotel is prepared to receive the most demanding guests and has a fair price.
