Os funcionários não têm o mínimo bom senso, muito menos os proprietários, e colocam música alta na conveniência todos os dias da semana, sendo possível escutá-las no quarto e os mesmos não se importam com as reclamações dos hóspedes. Péssimo atendimento, falta de respeito com os clientes!
If you plan to sleep at night, don't stay at this hotel. The employees do not have the slightest common sense, much less the owners, and put loud music in the convenience every day of the week, you can listen to them in the room and they do not mind complaints from guests. Bad service, lack of respect for customers!
