★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel muito bom, tudo novo. Quartos amplos com varanda e limpo. Ducha com ótima pressão, estacionamento no local, só precisa melhorar no café da manhã.
 Very good hotel, everything new. Large rooms with balcony and clean. Shower with great pressure, parking on site, just needs to improve at breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fomos bem recebidos.. sentimos preconceito por chegarmos com 5 crianças.. éramos 2 famílias com 3 adultos.. fomos praticamente expulsos quando falamos da nossa cachorrinha bassê que ia dormir no carro.. Foram extremamente antipáticos e nos negaram entrada mesmo já tendo visto os quartos e aceitado pagar o preço cobrado
We were not well received.. we felt prejudice for arriving with 5 children.. we were 2 families with 3 adults.. we were practically expelled when we talked about our dachshund dog who was going to sleep in the car.. They were extremely unfriendly and denied us entry even though we had already seen the rooms and accepted to pay the price charged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava de viagem e verifiquei que tinha na região este hotel me direcionei até a recepção a recepcionista parecia uma planta sentada no sofá pensei ate que era hóspede..perguntei o valor da diária a mesma disse que so tinha uma cama de casal estava com duas filhas menores me sugeriu um quarto separado achei naquele momento que ela nao estava raciocinando muito bem....de uma antipatia que ate desisti de fazer mais alguma pergunta....cordialidade zero para trabalhar com publico podia ter um treinamento de meses para como tratar o cliente.aff voltar p que decepçao....
I was traveling and I noticed that this hotel was in the region I went to the reception the receptionist looked like a plant sitting on the sofa I thought I was a guest.. I asked the daily rate she said she only had a double bed she had two daughters minors suggested a separate room to me, I thought at that moment that she was not thinking very well.... from a dislike that I even gave up asking any more questions.... the customer.aff come back to what a disappointment....

Hotel bem organizado, limpo, e o pessoal atende muito bem, em todos os setores.
Os apartamentos são amplos e bem limpos, os banheiros são igualmente bem cuidados e higienizados. O café da manhã e ótimo, com boa variedade e qualidade.
O atendimento é muito acima da média, desde o primeiro contato.
Há opção de janta logo ao lado e em frente , de muito boa qualidade.
Por essas e outras que afirmo e asseguro ser o melhor hotel da região, superando, e em muito , vários outros hotéis de maior porte wm varias cidades ao redor. Vale a pena conferir. Recomendo, sem medo de errar.

The hotel is well organized, clean, and the staff is very helpful in all areas.
The apartments are large and very clean, the bathrooms are equally well maintained and sanitized. Breakfast is great, with good variety and quality.
The service is way above average, from the first contact.
There is a dinner option right next door and in front, of very good quality.
For these and other reasons, I affirm and assure that it is the best hotel in the region, surpassing, and by far, several other larger hotels in several cities around. It is worth checking. I recommend without fear of making mistakes.
