★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Desconta todos os meses do nosso salário e tento cortar o cabelo já tem 15 dias! Primeira vez era uma sexta e não tinha horário; segunda vez, retornei na segunda e só tinha horário na quarta; Terceira vez marquei numa segunda pra terça 17:30 cheguei lá tava atendendo outra pessoa e mais duas na espera, a Natália (cabeleireira) disse que ia demorar! Descaso total! Prefiro pagar o corte em outro lugar, afinal só uso lá pra cortar o cabelo mesmo!
Terrible! Discount every month of our salary and try to cut your hair for 15 days! First time was a Friday and had no schedule; the second time, I returned on the second and I only had time on the fourth; Third time I booked on a Monday to Tuesday 5:30 pm I got there I was attending another person and two more waiting, Natália (hairdresser) said it would take time! Total neglect! I prefer to pay the cut elsewhere, after all I only use it to cut my hair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atende o telefone, uma moça que atende de primeira diz '' aguarde um instante para ser atendido'', chama até cair, vc liga denovo e é o mesmo processo, já liguei 7 vezes seguidas, um descaso. Péssimo atendimento!
Never answer the phone, a girl who answers first says '' wait an instant to be answered '', call until you drop, you call again and it's the same process, I've called 7 times in a row, a disregard. Terrible service!
