★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vista parece ser uma loja séria, até você fazer a compra. Demoram a entregar. Compramos um sofá e um painel 08/05 entregaram só o sofá que está com defeito , hoje é 23/ 07 e nada de resouver o problema. Péssima loja , não indico !
 At first glance it looks like a serious store, until you make the purchase. They take time to deliver. We bought a sofa and a 5/8 panel delivered only the couch that is defective, today it is 7/23 and nothing to fix the problem. Bad store, I don't recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linea Italia Estofados Não recomendo para ninguém péssima loja, enrrolam muitooo para entregar, fizemos uma compra no dia 08/05 de dois produtos, que já estão pagos, um veio com defeito e o outro até Hoje não foi entregue. Não tem um pingo de ética, a gente tem que ficar ligando e cobrando, e eles sempre enrrolam, sem respeito com o cliente. Estou comentando para que ninguém passe mais por isso, comprar numa loja de pessoas incompetentes.

There is not an ounce of ethics, we have to keep calling and charging, and they always mess around, without respect for the customer. I am commenting so that no one goes through this anymore, buy incompetent people in a store.

Móveis facilmente detectável sua excelente qualidade, não consegue apertar o sofá em seus braços e sentir a madeira, excelente acabamento. Estou aguardando a confecção do meu sofá, assim que chegar darei mais depoimento. Mas por hora, estou conquistada!
Charismatic, caring, beautiful, polite, resourceful saleswoman. Furniture easily detectable its excellent quality, it is not able to squeeze the sofa in its arms and feel the wood, excellent finish. I am waiting for my sofa to be made, as soon as I arrive I will give more testimony. But for now, I'm conquered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no ato da compra foi bom, os móveis são bonitos. Mais a entrega.... Tive que ligar tres dias ,pois passou do dia marcado da entrega e eles não deram satisfação. Agora vamos ver se a qualidade é boa!! Dp de cobrar,a entrega foi feita. Prometeram um brinde, não entregaram ( por estar em falta na loja) disse que na semana seguinte,um funcionário levaria pois teria que ir em minha casa,prestar assistência pois o sofá que compramos está com grampos soltos!! Dp de duas semanas qdo fomos a loja pegar o brinde; a vendedora prometeu novamente que a assistência viria isso já tem quase um mês e nem deram satisfação! Estou decepcionada com a loja. Foi muito recomendada e agora não posso dizer o mesmo !! Não sei se compraria novamente.

They promised a toast, they didn't deliver it (because it was missing from the store) he said that the following week, an employee would take it because he would have to go to my house, provide assistance because the sofa we bought is with loose clips !! Two weeks PD when we went to the store to get the gift; the seller promised again that the assistance would come this has been almost a month and they were not even satisfied! I'm disappointed with the store. It was highly recommended and now I can't say the same !! I don't know if I would buy again.
