★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que melhorar muito, ambiente bagunçado, clima desorganizado, sem contar dos donos que não sabem falar com os funcionários, presenciei varias vezes eles gritando com os colaboradores, sem preparo total para gerenciamento, espero que melhorem.
It has to improve a lot, messy environment, disorganized climate, not to mention the owners who do not know how to talk to employees, I witnessed them shouting at employees several times, without total preparation for management, I hope they get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local horrível, antendimento péssimo eu pedi uma tapioca com carne de sol e queijo e depois de quase uma hora o atendente fala que a carne de sol acabou, demora gigantesca pra receber a comida sendo que tinha poucas pessoas no estabelecimento, péssimo não recomendo vocês virem.
Horrible place, terrible service I ordered a tapioca with carne de sol and cheese and after almost an hour the attendant says that the carne de sol was gone, it takes a huge time to receive the food since there were few people in the establishment, terrible I don't recommend you come .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento (fui desrespeitada pelo dono e funcionária) comida ruim demais e tudo tem carne no meio…sem opções para vegetarianos e veganos. Ainda falaram bem alto que não é pra fazer o que o cliente quer…
Terrible service (I was disrespected by the owner and employee) too bad food and everything has meat in the middle…no options for vegetarians and vegans. They even said loudly that it's not to do what the customer wants...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst wurde statt Milchkaffee normaler Kaffee gebracht. Dieser wurde dann etwas unwillig getauscht. Beim servieren dann verschüttet. Beim Essen das gleiche, Pastell de queso bestellt mit carne bekommen. Wir hatten es natürlich angebrochen und dann erst gesehen daß es falsch war. Das von uns angebrochene ging gleich wieder in die Vitrine.
First, normal coffee was brought instead of milk coffee. This was then exchanged somewhat reluctantly. Then spilled when serving. When eating the same thing, ordered pastel de queso with carne. Of course we started it and only then saw that it was wrong. The one we opened went straight back into the display case.

Hoje me falaram q a experiência foi pessima.Os copos usados por clientes sao apenas lavado com água e mão .Ela pediu um pastel de queijo e veio de carne,a turista abriu o pastel ao meio com as mãos e qdo viu q nao era de queijo,chamou a moça que estava atendendo e a mesma levou novamente o pastel aberto pela turista para a vitrine?Ficaram chocados com a falta de higiene e despreparo de todos.
Nao recomendo nunca mais.
Obs: Nao foi a primeira vez
