★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Comprei um relógio em 2017 e poucos meses depois alguns dos números de soltaram do mostrador. Sabendo da delicadeza da peça, procurei uma loja que me garantiu encaminhar o relógio assistência autorizada. Porém, o relógio foi entregue com os números colados de forma grosseira, com cola aparente e mal posicionados. Não aceitei o relógio dessa forma e ele ficou por seis meses na loja e nada foi feito, nem conserto apropriado, nem qualquer contato comigo. Hoje fui procurar pelo relógio, totalmente desgostosa, e o encontrei sem funcionar. Achei que fosse a bateria e levei a outro lugar para trocar, mas ELE ESTÁ QUEBRADO, IMPRESTÁVEL E A CASA DO JOALHEIRO NÃO SE RESPONSABILIZA. Para o meu azar, ao levar esse relógio, levei um outro mais antigo para troca de pulseiras, sendo que trocaram a pulseira por uma masculina sem me consultar e jogaram fora a antiga, ainda que quando deixei esse relógio na loja eu já tivesse dito que desejava uma idêntica a original. Péssimo serviço. DEIXEI O RELÓGIO QUEBRADO LÁ NO DIA SEGUINTE QUE O RETIREI E NENHUM CONTATO, TOTAL IRRESPONSABILIDADE.

Knowing the delicacy of the piece, I looked for a store that guaranteed me to route the clock authorized assistance. However, the watch was delivered with the numbers glued coarsely, with glue apparent and poorly positioned. I did not take the watch that way and he stayed for six months in the store and nothing was done, no proper repair, no contact with me. Today I went looking for the clock, totally disgusted, and found it without working. I thought it was the battery and I took it somewhere else to change, but IT IS BROKEN, IMPRISABLE, AND THE JEWELER'S HOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. For my bad luck, when taking this watch, I took an older one to exchange bracelets, and they changed the bracelet for a masculine without consulting me and threw away the old one, although when I left that clock in the store I had already said that he wanted an identical one.
