Hoje está com 66 dias que fiz o pedido e ainda estou aguardando. Em todo esse tempo não entraram em contato para dar sequer uma satisfação, fico mandando mensagens e mal me respondem, o que me informaram foi que teve uma atraso, e até agora nada. Não recomendo nem para meu pior inimigo.
 I bought a part for my continental oven, by order, delivery time is already an absurd 30 days, even so I decided to wait. Today it is 66 days since I placed the order and I am still waiting. In all this time they haven't contacted me to give even a single satisfaction, I keep sending messages and they barely answer me, what they informed me was that there was a delay, and so far nothing. I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi agendada uma visita técnica pra hoje, dia 22/02, no agendamento não definiram horário, simplesmente informaram que era das 8h as 17h. Liguei 17h, informaram que o técnico ainda viria e nada do técnico.
Total falta de respeito

Não há compromisso com horários, informações completamente desencontradas, restando ao consumidor o papel de palhaço. Não façam serviço com esta empresa caso estejam atrás de um serviço que não dê dor de cabeça.
