Passei um pedido consideravel para entregar no dia seguinte as 12hs. , no entanto o entregador foi até minha casa antes do horário marcado e eu não estava em casa pois tinha compromissos , ele falou para minha funcionária que iria voltar mais tarde, achando ruim do acontecido.. dizendo que cobraria a taxa de entrega pois eu não estava em casa . Assim que cheguei entrei em contato com o açougue e me disseram que não iria cobrar a taxa pois o erro foi deles de ir entregar fora do horário agendado. Mais tarde o entregador voltou e meu marido foi atende-lo e ele descaradamente falou que mandaram ele cobrar a taxa de entrega e meu marido sem saber de nada pagou a taxa. Não é pelo valor da taxa que eu reclamei , mas sim pela falta de respeito e confiança pois o entregador agiu de má fé mentindo sobre a taxa... eu liguei no acougue reclamando novamente e a pessoa que me atendeu disse que iria verificar o acontecido e de repente o telefone ficou mudo, ou seja caiu a ligação....
enfim eu não tenho mais vontade de comprar deste local .
I was very disappointed with this place. I spent a considerable order to deliver the next day at 12pm. , however the deliveryman came to my house before the scheduled time and I was not at home because I had commitments, he told my employee that he would come back later, thinking it was bad .. saying he would charge the delivery fee because I didn't was at home. As soon as I arrived I contacted the butcher and they told me that I would not charge the fee because the mistake was to deliver it outside the scheduled time. Later the delivery man came back and my husband went to answer it and he shamelessly said that he was ordered to charge the delivery fee and my husband paid the fee without knowing anything. It is not for the amount of the fee that I complained about, but because of the lack of respect and trust because the delivery man acted in bad faith lying about the fee ... I called the bank complaining again and the person who answered said he would check what happened and suddenly the phone went dead, that is, the call dropped ...
Anyway, I don't feel like buying from this place anymore.
