Daí fluiu um bom serviço e um bom atendimento.
After a service failure due to wrong information about a battery that was not in stock, and which made me miss a trip for its replacement, there was an apology and financial compensation at the discount firm based on the owner's common sense , a nice gentleman, coherent and very experienced in the field.
From there, good service and good service flowed.
