Tentei trocar por defeito a vendedora olhou no maior descaso e perguntou para uma outraTrOCA!! Se tivesse algo .
O atendimento foi pessimo e alem de nao ter outra coisa no mesmo valor e tamanho.
Foi um descaso o atendimento na tentativa de troca voltei com produto com defeito.
E insatisfeita....lixo de retrabalho.
Nao adianta ter preco ae o atendimento nao ajuda.
Customer service at the time of purchase was good, but the sweater that came defective.
I tried to change by default the seller looked at the most neglect and asked for another EXCHANGE !! If I had something.
The service was terrible and besides not having anything else in the same value and size.
It was a neglect the service in the attempt of exchange I returned with defective product.
And unsatisfied .... rework trash.
There is no point in having a price and the service does not help.

I bought a bra and I couldn't try it because the saleswoman said that because of Covid she couldn't. I understood but the right thing would be to have the option to exchange. Soon the piece did not serve and I need the exchange. But in the note it appears that there is no exchange. And now I'm going to lose my money?
