★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado. Falta atendentes para tirar dúvidas. As vezes vc fica na fila do atendimento muito tempo pra depois receber a informação de que eles não tem o que vc precisa. Além de ser tudo muito caro.
 Very long service. No attendants to answer questions. Sometimes you stay in the service queue for a long time to later receive the information that they don't have what you need. Plus it's all very expensive.
