★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos (eu e minha mãe) comprar um produto para dar de presente. Foi minha primeira vez na loja. Ao entrarmos nela, achei tudo lindo, a decoração, os produtos. Fui tirar uma foto de um arranjo de cadeiras e flores com uma gaiola enorme no centro da loja. Um dos funcionários me abordou e disse que não poderia tirar fotos na loja. Nesse momento já me senti mal por ter feito isso, uma vez QUE NÃO VI EM NENHUM LUGAR da loja um aviso de que não poderia tirar fotos, como aqueles avisos nas cadeiras de que não podemos sentar, que tem na loja.
Como estava sem bolsa ou bolsos na calça, pois estava de legging, fiquei com o celular na mão, e de vez em quando mandava mensagens para uma pessoa. Enquanto minha mãe estava sendo atendida e escolhendo o que comprar, fiquei olhando a loja toda. Nissoz prestei atenção a uma outra funcionária, que para onde eu andava, ela ficava perto me olhando. Enquanto digitava no celular, olhei para a moça do caixa, que estava me observando também!
Já na entrada da loja, esperando minha mãe terminar de escolher o que comprar , fiquei conversando por mensagens no celular com uma pessoa, e a tal funcionária, fingindo trabalhar, ficava de olho em mim. Nisso me senti muito constrangida, como se fosse uma ladra a ponto de roubar um produto, só porque havia tirado uma foto e estava com celular na mão!
Sai da loja para não ter que passar por mais vergonha e constrangimento! E fiquei esperando minha mãe na rua. Nunca mais voltarei e não indicarei a ninguém!
PS: Muito melhor ler "Favor não tirar fotos", do que ser abordada por fazer isso. Fica uma situação bem chata e sem sentido! E outra, funcionário ficar seguindo o cliente pela loja por esse motivo é bem intimidador. Se for realmente necessário, seria melhor fazer discretamente! Falta treinamento aí!
We went (my mother and I) to buy a product to give away. It was my first time in the store. When we entered it, I found everything beautiful, the decoration, the products. I took a picture of an arrangement of chairs and flowers with a huge cage in the center of the store. One of the employees approached me and said he could not take pictures at the store. At this point I already felt bad for doing this, since I DID NOT SEE ANYWHERE from the store a warning that I could not take pictures, like those notices on the chairs that we can not sit, which is in the store.
Since I had no purse or pockets in my pants because I was legging, I kept my cell phone in my hand and occasionally texted someone. While my mother was being taken care of and choosing what to buy, I kept looking at the whole store. At that, I paid attention to another employee, where I was walking, she was close watching me. While typing on my cell phone, I looked at the cashier girl, who was watching me too!
At the entrance of the store, waiting for my mother to finish choosing what to buy, I was chatting on a cell phone with someone, and the employee, pretending to work, kept an eye on me. In that I felt very embarrassed, as if I was a thief about to steal a product, just because I had taken a picture and had a cell phone in hand!
Get out of the store so you don't have to go through more shame and embarrassment! And I was waiting for my mother in the street. I will never go back and will not refer anyone!
PS: Much better to read "Please don't take pictures" than to be approached for doing so. It is a very boring and meaningless situation! And another, employee following the customer through the store for this reason is very intimidating. If really necessary, it would be better to do it discreetly! There is a lack of training there!
