★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, além de ser caro.. tive prejuízo... Troquei 2 pneus na loja Santa Inês, o técnico não apertou a porca do parafuso da roda e acabei perdendo na via e pra ajudar eles não tem pra vender, no mesmo dia o técnico também não apertou a válvula do bico do pneu e no dia seguinte meu pneu estava Vazio na garagem.
 Poor service, in addition to being expensive ... I had a loss ... I changed 2 tires at the Santa Inês store, the technician did not tighten the wheel bolt nut and I ended up losing it on the road and to help they do not have to sell, on the same day technician also did not tighten the tire nozzle valve and the next day my tire was empty in the garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei. Tive que insistir pra desmontar e fazer avaliação de peças que possivelmente estaria com defeito. Depois de tanta insistência foi retirada a peça e constatado o defeito. Além disso fiz o alinhamento e em menos de um mês já estava desalinhado estragando o meu pneu dianteiro.
Did not like. I had to insist on disassembling and evaluating parts that could possibly be defective. After so much insistence the piece was removed and the defect was found. In addition, I did the alignment and in less than a month I was out of alignment ruining my front tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando eu cheguei no estabelecimento, o funcionário me falou que eu deveria trocar todo o cano descarga, porém eu já vinha um dia anterior do mecânico, ele me disse " que o problema era o intermediário". Saí da loja com um barulho maior do tinha chegado, voltei no mecânico e cobrei ele. Ele me disse que não prenderam o cano e nem cortaram para ajustar. Enfim não recomendo para ninguém!!!!

I left the store with a louder noise than I had arrived, went back to the mechanic and covered him. He told me they didn't clamp the pipe or cut it to fit. Anyway, I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia de hoje fui à loja para fazer a troca de dois pneus, mesmo faltando 20 minutos para o horário de fechamento, conforme informado, o responsável disse que não poderia me atender. Não possuo experiência na área, mas se a loja estava aberta e o serviço não era tão complexo, deveria ser atendido.
Sinceramente, não será uma opção quando precisar e também não indicarei.
