Enfiam PNEU RISCADO em carro de mulher e quando você volta no estabelecimento e pede pra trocar ou devolução do dinheiro, te tratam super mal. No meu caso, tive que ficar com o pneu riscado pq o dono do estabelecimento se negou a trocar ou devolver o dinheiro e me tratou super mal.
Worst experience !!!!
Emphas RIPPED TIRE in woman's car and when you return in the establishment and ask to exchange or return the money, they treat you super bad. In my case, I had to keep the tire scratched because the owner of the facility refused to change or return the money and treated me super bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem agiu de má fé foram vocês que mesmo tendo acesso a ordem de serviço se recusaram a fornecer pois realmente estava sem ela no dia em que voltei a loja.
Aliás o correto não seria nem a ordem de serviço e sim a emissão da nota fiscal, a qual não foi emitida, o que configura crime de sonegação.
Outro ponto é com relação a data da compra.
Não se passaram 90 dias pois a compra foi realizada no mês de julho, facilmente de se provar pois a compra foi realizada com cartão de crédito.
Na sua resposta, já assumiu que realmente fiz a compra no seu estabelecimento, mostrando mais uma vez que estão agindo de má fé.
E a venda de pneu riscado também não é permitida.
Cabe sim uma denúncia no Procon, Receita Federal e Secretaria da Fazenda pelas irregularidades por vocês cometidas.
Espero mesmo que tomem as medidas cabíveis, pois já tomei as minhas também.
