★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma loja com uma boa variedade de peças e acessórios, mas o atendimento é PÉSSIMO e se for por telefone, é pior ainda. O cliente liga, o vendedor pede para aguardar que estará verificando a disponibilidade da peça e te esquece ao telefone. Só ouvimos os atendimentos no balcão. Talvez seja interessante colocar um setor de televendas. Enquanto isso, não pretendo voltar à entrar em contato e/ou comprar nesta loja.
It's a store with a good variety of parts and accessories, but the service is TERRIBLE and if it's over the phone, it's even worse. The customer calls, the seller asks you to wait, he will be checking the availability of the part, and forgets you on the phone. We only hear the calls at the counter. It might be interesting to place a telesales sector. In the meantime, I do not intend to contact and/or buy from this store again.
