★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, loja com preparo e funcionários atenciosos, fui fazer uma impressão de foto e logo fiz mais serviços, antendimento rápido e seguro, local de fácil acesso, além de imprimir fotos, tem banner, quadros, etc... Faz arte na hora e eu gostei muito disso, quadros de formatura que não sabia que tinha lá, recomendo demais !
Excellent service, prepared store and attentive staff, I went to do a photo print and soon I did more services, fast and secure sales, easy access place, besides printing photos, has banner, pictures, etc ... Makes art on the spot and I really liked that, graduation pictures that I didn't know were there, I highly recommend it!

Além de demorar demais para a impressão ficar pronta, eles entregam 8 fotos 3×4 em um fotograma de 10×15 sem cortar as fotos individuais, cobrando R$ 5,00, sendo que a impressão do 10×15 é apenas R$ 1,00. Questionados, disseram que o valor de R$ 4,00 a mais foi pelo irrisório serviço de encaixar 8 fotos no fotograma de 10×15, que eu mesmo poderia ter feito em casa. Por essa diferença de preço, eu esperava as fotos cortadas e num envelope de plástico. Se eu pedi 3×4, o produto que eu devo receber é 3×4.
Ah, isso pra não falar que são sonegadores: não recebi cupom fiscal nenhum.
Poor service. In addition to taking too long for the print to be ready, they deliver 8 3 × 4 photos in a 10 × 15 frame without cropping the individual photos, charging R $ 5.00, and the 10 × 15 print is only R $ 1 , 00. When asked, they said that the value of R $ 4.00 more was due to the negligible service of fitting 8 photos in the 10 × 15 frame, which I could have done at home myself. For this price difference, I expected the photos to be cut and in a plastic envelope. If I ordered 3 × 4, the product I should receive is 3 × 4.
Ah, not to mention that they are tax evaders: I didn't receive any tax coupon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não esclarecem bem o preço dos serviços e são desorganizados. Pedi pra fazerem revelação de 8 fotos 3×4, me entregaram uma foto 10×15 com as 8 fotos juntas, me cobraram 5,00. Esperava que fossem entregar as fotos cortadas e dentro de um pacotinho, como é o comum, mas não. Quando reclamei pelo telefone, me disseram que o cliente que tem que pedir pra cortarem porque eles não sabem o que tem dentro do envelope. Fiquei decepcionada, achei que podiam ter um pouco mais de boa vontade.
They do not clarify the price of services and are disorganized. I asked them to develop 8 3 × 4 photos, they gave me a 10 × 15 photo with the 8 photos together, they charged me 5.00. I hoped they would deliver the photos cut and in a package, as is common, but no. When I complained over the phone, I was told that the customer has to ask to be cut because they don't know what's in the envelope. I was disappointed, I thought they could have a little more goodwill.
