★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem bastante variedade de produtos, preços bons, mas as atendentes tem preguiça de procurar os produtos, principalmente ziper, que ficam todos dentro de sacos bagunçados no chão. A única que atende bem é a dona da loja.
It has quite a variety of products, good prices, but the attendants are lazy to look for the products, mainly ziper, which get all inside messy bags on the floor. The only one that caters well is the owner of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei duas camisetas para bordar e no dia a responsável não estava. Me falaram que ela ligaria para confirmar sobre a arte (que havia sido enviada por email anteriormente). Porém não ligaram, então entrei em contato e a responsável disse que estava tudo certo com a arte e as camisetas logo estariam prontas. Hoje fui buscar e estava tudo errado pois, na opinião dela, o que eu pedi ficaria "feio" e não daria pra fazer. Fez tudo diferente do que pedi, não admitiu o erro e ainda foi grosseira. Não recomendo!
I took two shirts to embroider and the day the responsible was not. I was told she would call to confirm about the art (which had been emailed previously). But they didn't call, so I got in touch and the person in charge said everything was fine with the art and the t-shirts would be ready soon. Today I went to fetch and everything was wrong because, in her opinion, what I asked would be "ugly" and could not do. It did everything differently than I asked, didn't admit the mistake and was still rude. I do not recommend!

Terrible service, I thought it was just me, but I saw many similar comments. What is missing here in Morada do Sol is a competitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem muita coisa boa, infelizmente o atendimento é péssimo, as atendentes pareces que estão mortas, não sei quem é o dono, entretanto, na minha opinião um atendente deve ser carismático e atencioso com o cliente, ser bem atendido chama mais atenção de clientes. Tem tanta coisa na loja, mas deixei de comprar pelo atendimento!!!!!!!!!!!!
The store has a lot of good things, unfortunately the service is terrible, the attendants look like they are dead, I don't know who the owner is, however, in my opinion an attendant must be charismatic and attentive to the customer, being well attended calls more attention from customers. There is so much in the store, but I stopped buying for the service !!!!!!!!!!!!
