★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se recusaram a fazer o projeto da minha lavanderia. Só aceitam se vc fizer a casa inteira. Eu comprei meus móveis planejados a 3 anos antes de mudar para cá. Se soubesse que tinha uma loja em frente a onde moro teria optado por esta. No final, ainda bem que não o fiz. Não sabem conquistar futuros clientes.
 They refused to design my laundry. Only accept if you do the whole house. I bought my planned furniture 3 years ago before moving here. If I knew I had a store in front of where I live, I would have chosen this one. In the end, I'm glad I didn't. They do not know how to win future customers.

Carlos quanto a Beth são muito atenciosos e super prestativos; nos respondia sempre de imediato; os montadores tbm muito organizados, limpos e respeitosos. Os móveis são de ótima qualidade, eu simplesmente adorei e super recomendo.

As designers estão atualizadas com as novas tendências e tecnologias, e são muito pacientes em fazer várias versões do projeto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A começar que a mesa chegou LASCADA em pelo menos 3 pontos, uma vergonha. Ao mencionar o fato à atendente no dia da instalação, silêncio total. O instalador chegou sozinho e não conseguiria instalar a mesa com mais de 2 metros sem a ajuda de um outro prestador que estava aqui em casa (por pura coincidência e sorte dele), ou seja, despreparo total. Na tentativa de fazer sozinho, riscou minha parede recém pintada de cimento queimado. Foi prometido que não haveriam partes expostas por conta do corte a ser feito no local, mas a promessa não foi cumprida. Esqueceram de enviar o frontão que teve que ser instalado outro dia. O passa fio veio na cor errada (cor branca), sendo que a mesa é inteira preta. Prometeram realizar a troca e sigo no aguardo há semanas, inclusive sendo ignorado no WhatsApp. Uma falta de qualidade do começo ao fim. Agradeço todos os dias de ter encomendado apenas uma mesa e não a cozinha inteira. Se com uma simples mesa o desgaste e incompetência são deste tamanho, imagina com o seu quarto, cozinha e banheiro. Não caiam nessa cilada!
To start with, the table arrived CHIPS in at least 3 points, a shame. When mentioning the fact to the attendant on the day of installation, total silence. The installer arrived alone and could not install the table longer than 2 meters without the help of another provider who was here at home (by pure coincidence and luck), that is, total lack of preparation. In an attempt to do it himself, he scratched my freshly painted wall with burnt cement. It was promised that there would be no exposed parts due to the cut to be made on site, but the promise was not fulfilled. They forgot to send the pediment that had to be installed the other day. The wire grommet came in the wrong color (white color), and the table is completely black. They promised to make the exchange and I've been waiting for weeks, including being ignored on WhatsApp. A lack of quality from start to finish. I appreciate every day that I ordered just one table and not the entire kitchen. If with a simple table wear and tear and incompetence are this big, imagine with your bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Don't fall into this trap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei o atendimento da House Prime, super recomendo a todos vocês porque a explicação da designer, na hora de fazer o projeto, é detalhado e objetivo. Todos os armários vêm com um madeira por dentro, como se fosse uma proteção, a fim de não estragar o material.
Elas possuem várias cores de armário, é tudo lindo. As ferragens são de ótima qualidade, podem confiar.
I loved House Prime's service, I highly recommend it to all of you because the designer's explanation, when making the project, is detailed and objective. All cabinets come with a wood inside, as if it were a protection, in order not to spoil the material.
They have several colors of closets, everything is beautiful. The hardware is of great quality, you can trust it.
