★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos clientes da Casa da Borracha a mais de 10 anos, nunca deixamos um título sem pagar, infelizmente o boleto que vencia no dia 28/02 não recebemos via correio e eu não me atentei que o pagamento seria ontem, a Patrícia Leite do financeiro (pela prepotência só pode ser a dona, pq um funcionário que preze o cliente e seu emprego não trataria um cliente assim), nos ligou cobrando, eu informei a ela que somos clientes a anos e que nunca deixamos um título passar e que de fato não recebemos via correio, para minha surpresa ela foi bem grosseira e respondeu, se você é do financeiro sua obrigação é entrar em contato com o fornecedor antes do vencimento e solicitar o boleto, obviamente calada eu não fiquei. Em resumo é isso que um cliente de longa data recebe por ter um boleto com 1 dia de atraso? Os vendedores desse lugar sempre foram muito simpáticos e sempre nos atenderam super bem, os meninos que entregam também, super educados, mas a nota negativa está sendo pela experiência ruim que tivemos com (suposta dona) financeiro da Casa da Borracha, por atrasar o boleto 1 dia, detalhe ainda tive que ouvir da Patrícia Leite quando questionei o fato e de forma bem firme, que eu não estava em um dia bom... Quem não está preparada para atender o cliente é essa pessoa.
