Ao final há uma vistoria junto com vc para avaliar o serviço e apontar eventuais pontos a serem corrigidos. Achei isso muito bom! Agradeço o atendimento da Erica e das duas profissionais que efetuaram a limpeza: a Juliana e a Keliane!! Eu recomendo!

Contratei uma limpeza pós obra, quando fui conferir o serviço as paredes do banheiro não estavam limpas como deveriam, em contato com a Erika a mesma me disse que a culpa era do pedreiro e me ofereceu um desconto na próxima contratação, não limparam os spots, lustre e os pendentes com a justificativa que era peças muito delicadas, como eles fazem a limpeza quando o imóvel já está decorado então, limpam pela metade? Não fiquei satisfeito com a proposta e pedi que reduzissem o serviço, foi outra pessoa e passou um produto tipo de um verniz, na hora estava bom, depois de alguns banhos começou a aparecer os resquícios de rejunte que deveriam ser limpos, mesmo após minha reclamação não limparam os spots, lustre e pendentes alegando que não fazia parte do serviço contratado, em nenhum momento antes da contratação foi informado que não realizariam algum tipo de serviço. Contratei uma limpeza pós obra e estou tendo que terminar o serviço! Não contratem, empresas assim não merecem crédito nem confiança, não respeitam o cliente.

I was not satisfied with the proposal and asked them to reduce the service, it was someone else and passed a product like a varnish, at the time it was good, after a few baths the grout remnants began to appear that should be cleaned, even after my complaint they did not clean the spots, chandeliers and pendants claiming that they were not part of the contracted service, at any time before hiring they were informed that they would not perform any type of service. I hired an after-work cleaning and I'm having to finish the job! Do not hire, companies like that do not deserve credit or trust, do not respect the customer.
