★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cachorrinho da minha cunhada estava suspeita de problemas na coluna e pedi a ela que viesse me encontrar lá no São Pedro pq confio na opinião deles e disse a ela se aqui as veterinárias ou o Dr. Pedro disserem que é coluna e tem que operar com certeza é e sabe pq confio, pq passei isso com o meu cachorro antes de conhecer esse Hospital, estive em um outro local e me disseram que meu cachorro tinha problemas na coluna e que se não operasse ficaria paraplégico, quase pirei com a noticia, depois de quase me enlouquecerem com consultas e exames me disseram que não tinham especialista de coluna pra minha sorte pq Dr. Pedro o avaliou e disse que a coluna dele n precisava de cirurgia e sim a coxo-femoral e foi o que ele operou e voltou a andar, ou seja é perceptível que eles tem amor pelos bichinhos e ética médica e não trabalham so pelo Dinheiro.
Infelizmente no caso do Snoopy da minha cunhada que é filhote do meu mais velho realmente é coluna, mas como eu disse a ela faz toda diferença você levar num lugar de confiança que vc sabe que possui competência e dedicação, amor e respeito pelos bichinhos e por nós tutores
Lá é um lugar pequeno, não tem luxo, mas tem competência, dedicação e ética veterinária.
E isso na minha opinião não tem preço!
Aproveito pra agradecer as meninas da recepção que são sempre atenciosas e gentis e em especial ao Dr Pedro pela avaliação cuidadosa e precisa e a Drª Brenda que foi fantástica com o Snoopy e conosco, num momento de fragilidade e desespero que estávamos, pois só quem tem Pet sabe o ❤ amor que é.
Um beijo especial pra Drª Joyce que é a Vet do meu velhinho e para a Viviane que é uma fofa e uma profissional sem igual
My sister-in-law's puppy was suspected of spinal problems and I asked her to come and meet me at São Pedro because I trust their opinion and told her if the vets or Dr. Pedro say it's a column and have to operate with it sure is and you know why I trust it, because I spent this with my dog before I visited this Hospital, I was in another place and they told me that my dog had spinal problems and that if he didn't operate he would be paraplegic, I almost freaked out with the news, almost driving me crazy with consultations and exams, they told me they didn't have a spine specialist for my luck because Dr. Pedro evaluated him and said that his spine did not need surgery, but the lame one and that was what he operated on and went back to walk, that is, it is noticeable that they have a love for pets and medical ethics and do not work only for money.
Unfortunately in the case of my sister-in-law's Snoopy, who is my oldest's puppy, it really is a column, but as I told her it makes all the difference that you take it to a place of trust that you know you have competence and dedication, love and respect for pets and for we tutors
There is a small place, it has no luxury, but it has competence, dedication and veterinary ethics.
And that in my opinion is priceless!
I take this opportunity to thank the girls at the reception who are always attentive and kind and especially Dr Pedro for the careful and accurate evaluation and Dr Brenda who was fantastic with Snoopy and us, in a moment of fragility and despair that we were in, because only those who have Pet knows what love ❤ is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou avaliando agora, mas passei na clínica ano passado, em Março. Meu gato teve obstrução urinária persistente e eles foram os nossos anjos. Mesmo eu chegando depois do horário de atendimento para consulta, eles fizeram questão de atender em emergência o meu gato. Além de tratarem super bem os animais, tentam abaixar o custo no máximo que podem ou até quanto à gente consegue pagar.
Um procedimento que eu provavelmente iria gastar mais de 3 mil reais, fiz por menos de 500 lá, fora a doação de alguns remédios que eles me fizeram. Fiquei 1 mês indo e vindo à Hovet por conta do problema do meu gatinho, e garanto que gastei mais com passagens do que com procedimentos (que demandavam anestesia). Foi exaustivo, mas não me arrependo. O governo deveria investir mais e deveríamos dar mais valor aos profissionais dessa clínica. Mesmo os estagiários de primeira viagem atendem super bem! Melhor que muito "Doutor" por aí.
Façam doações do que puderem à clínica, vamos valorizar o local e os profissionais, pois não encontramos gente assim todo dia.

A procedure that I would probably spend more than 3 thousand reais, I did for less than 500 there, the donation of some medicines that they made me. I spent 1 month coming and going to Hovet because of my kitten problem, and I guarantee I spent more on tickets than procedures (requiring anesthesia). It was exhausting, but I don't regret it. The government should invest more and we should give more value to the professionals of this clinic. Even first-time trainees do very well! Better than a lot of "Doctor" out there.
Donate what you can to the clinic, we will value the place and the professionals, because we do not find people like that every day.

Será que foi definido em cima da hora que não haveria mais atendimento? Me desloquei de longe, na chuva... para chegar lá e ter uma notícia ruim como essa.
