Só tenho agradecer exelente atendimento veterinaria e seu auxiliar . não deve descriminação não vir fica cansada pra explicar as coisa . muito bem atendida meu filho tbm . custo beneficio para região achei pouco alto mais com certeza pelo atendimento valer apena ,pelo liberdade que meu filho teve vale apena . ele mesmo muito mais muito dodói ele andou clinica como se force na casa dele .
Sair da clinica 2hs da madrugada com telefone da vet. Para qualquer previsto .muito mais muito anteciosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos fazer uma ultrassonografia no meu gato e a Dra Juliana foi de muito profissionalismo mesmo meu gato não colaborando muito. Também conseguiu nos atender antes do horário. muito obrigado e voltarei a realizar mais exames na clínica.
We went to do an ultrasound on my cat and Dr Juliana was very professional even though my cat was not very cooperative. He also managed to meet us ahead of schedule. Thank you very much and I will do more tests at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima clínica, fiquei muito satisfeita com a qualidade do atendimento e com o carinho que minha gatinha foi tratada. Não te empurram milhões de exames e remédios que não precisa só pra lucrar em cima como muitas clínicas fazem. Com certeza voltarei sempre que precisar.
Great clinic, I was very satisfied with the quality of care and the affection that my kitten was treated. They don't push you millions of exams and medicines that you don't need just to make a profit like many clinics do. I will definitely come back whenever I need to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sábado de Carnaval minha gatinha apresentou uma fístula na região da glândula adanal. Como seu veterinário não estava na cidade, fomos a Hovet. Não tínhamos nenhuma indicacao (somente o google). Atendimento rápido e preciso com um preço honesto. Certamente já escolhemos lugar para sempre retornar !
On Carnival Saturday my cat had a fistula in the region of the adanal gland. Since her vet wasn't in town, we went to Hovet. We had no indication (only google). Fast and accurate service at an honest price. We certainly have already chosen a place to always return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internei meu gato por 2 dias na clínica e fiquei chateada pois nem a boquinha e a patinha dele suja de vômito limparam. Pela diária de mais de 500 reais, achei que pelo menos poderiam ter esse cuidado. Só não dou 1 estrela pq a recepcionista é um amor , o dono da clínica também foi bem cuidadoso. Outros veterinários precisam de mais tato com os tutores, principalmente se tratando de momentos delicados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra quem está olhando as avaliações no Google e pensando se leva ou não, o seu filho nessa clínica... super indico e sempre recomendo a Hovet a conhecidos!
Meu gato Pimenta já precisou 2 vezes de atendimentos de urgência e foi muito bem assistido na clínica, os profissionais são capacitados, não deixam dúvida no diagnóstico, se fizer exame de sangue... fica pronto no dia seguinte e logo te encaminham, o atendimento não demora e é organizado desde a recepção e sobre tirar dúvidas pelo whatsapp também, atendem de imediato o telefone e respondem rápido também, fora que se precisar fazer algum exame de imagem... se o profissional não estiver lá, está de sobre aviso e o animal não deixa de ser atendido no dia. Conheci a Hovet através de uma indicação, para atendimento com a cardiologista Dra. Eloísa Holanda e só tenho a agradecer!
O meu gato é um felino jovem com particularidades, paciente nefrologista e tem Síndrome de Pandora (cistite por estresse), devido esse quadro... a questão do manejo tranquilo e o atendimento humanizado é um diferencial e é o que eu mais observo nos profissionais, pois felinos são animais mais complexos e modificam o comportamento fora de casa.
Não moro perto da Hovet e quando preciso ir, tenho o custo também do transporte... mas eu prefiro e compensa sair do meu bairro e ir pra Tijuca. Pois não encontro essa excelência num todo, nas clínicas aqui perto de Irajá/Vila da Penha.
Estou deixando o meu relato sobre a clínica e gostaria de agradecer os médicos veterinários que ajudaram o meu Pimentinha, me tranquilizando nessas situações tensas. Dra. Eloísa, Dr. Alexandre, Dra. Thalita e em especial quero agradecer as doutoras que realizaram ultrassonografia no Pimenta: Dra. Erica Sampaio e Dra. Juliana Oliveira. ?❤️
For those who are looking at the reviews on Google and wondering whether or not to take their child to this clinic... I highly recommend and always recommend Hovet to acquaintances!
My Pimenta cat has already needed urgent care twice and was very well attended at the clinic, the professionals are trained, they leave no doubt about the diagnosis, if you do a blood test... It doesn't take long and it's organized from the reception and about answering questions by whatsapp too, they answer the phone immediately and respond quickly too, apart from that if you need to do an image exam... if the professional isn't there, he's on notice and the animal does not fail to be attended on the day. I met Hovet through a referral, for assistance with the cardiologist Dr. Eloísa Holanda and I just have to thank you!
My cat is a young feline with particularities, a nephrologist patient and he has Pandora's Syndrome (stress cystitis), due to this situation... , because felines are more complex animals and modify their behavior outside the home.
I don't live near Hovet and when I need to go, I also have the cost of transport... but I prefer and it pays to leave my neighborhood and go to Tijuca. Well, I don't find this excellence in a whole, in the clinics here near Irajá/Vila da Penha.
