★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas vezes falamos ou postamos que determinadas oficinas o serviço é "garantido", porém a garantia de certas oficinas é só enquanto não aconteceu nenhum problema no serviço, porque quando você leva para solicitar uma garantia a maioria das oficinas ficam querendo condenar outras coisas, agora voltando a minha experiência na HR , levei o carro lá o proprietário identificou a bobina queimada, fez o serviço e ficou show de bola, me deu 3 meses de garantia, com mais ou menos 2 meses e meio o meu ar parou, levei no HR, e novamente a bobina estava queimada, ele ligou para o fornecedor dele, e o fornecedor deu uma certa resistência para efetuar a garantia da peça, o rapaz da HR comprou a peça do bolso, colocou no local, não ficou condenando coisas do meu carro, enfim, não a toa notei vários comentários aqui que o homem é honesto!!! Voltarei outras vezes e índico demais , rapaz muito fiel aos seus compromissos...

I will come back other times and too much, a boy very faithful to his commitments

Precisei preencher um pouco de gás devido ao vazamento na válvula, e o mesmo não cobrou nada (sou cliente dele há um ano mais ou menos) além da colocação do filtro da cabine que tb não me cobrou. Mesmo que tivesse feito isso por conta de garantia, ainda assim sou grato pela atenção e prestação do serviço.
Very ethical professional. Excellent service and effective warranty. I had to fill up a little gas due to the leak in the valve, and it did not charge anything (I have been a customer for a year or so) other than the placement of the cabin filter that I did not charge for. Even if I had done this for warranty reasons, I am still grateful for the attention and service provided.
