★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital é ótimo, mas a espera para realizar exames é terrível, esperei mais de 2h para ser atendida no primeiro exame e vim fazer 3 exames, nem sei que horas vou sair daqui.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles se propõem a realizar o teste do olhinho e não dispõem de nenhuma estrutura para o recém nascido. O bebê fica aguardando vulnerável na recepção com um monte de gente, sendo que lá funciona um hospital, onde se trata de tudo. Sem falar que fomos encaminhados desnecessariamente para a recepção do térreo. Resumo da ópera: Não levem para fazer o teste do olhinho em seu bebê nesse lugar.

The baby is waiting vulnerable at the reception with a lot of people, and there is a hospital there, where everything is about. Not to mention that we were unnecessarily taken to the reception on the ground floor. Opera summary: Don't take your baby's eye test in this place.

I had retractive surgery ocm a. Dra.Danielle Medeiros, hyper competent and very kind professional in dealing with her patients. The surgery was quick and the team that took care of me I congratulate. The hospital's infrastructure is a top ten and I recommend it in all aspects. Thank you Dr.Danielle and the HRO team for all the care and treatment before and after surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha fez um exame na quarta feira, segundo a atendente o resultado estaria disponível no sábado. Fui na segunda buscar o resultado e pra minha surpresa o laudo não havia sido feito, adiaram pra terça pela manhã, data que também não foi cumprida. Agora se eu quiser vou levar o exame sem o laudo pra médica da minha filha. Um verdadeiro descaso com o paciente, isso que se Chama referência? Pois pra mim passou longe de ser referência, principalmente no respeito com o ser humano.
My daughter had an exam on Wednesday, according to the attendant the result would be available on Saturday. I went on Monday to get the result and to my surprise the report had not been done, they postponed it to Tuesday morning, a date that was not fulfilled either. Now, if I want, I'll take the exam without the report to my daughter's doctor. A real disregard for the patient, what is called a reference? Because for me it went far from being a reference, mainly in respect for the human being.

Descaso com os clientes. Uma pena que em São Luís tenha poucas opções.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim apenas ver o que o público fala desse hospital! Vamos lá, fui no sábado com a minha esposa que estava passando mal, fiz a ficha, fomos pra sala de avaliação... lá.. vi que o cadastro tinha saído errado o nome e a data de nascimento, depois o médico passa uma tomografia do crânio, minha esposa foi trocar de roupa, colocou a roupa do hospital pra fazer o exame, na volta a atendente vem dizendo " Nem precisava trocar de roupa é uma tomografia do crânio " ou seja o atendente sao muito desatentos. Fomos pra sala verde esperar o resultado do exame, já tinha passado uns 40 minutos que estava lá esperando, se eu não estivesse ido perguntar se o exame já pronto eles não iriam avisar. Um hospital de grande porte mas com uma boa parte de estagiários começando pelos enfermeiros que não sabe nem procurar uma veia do braço!
I just came to see what the public says about this hospital! Let's go, I went on Saturday with my wife who was feeling sick, I made the form, we went to the evaluation room... there... I saw that the registration had been wrong with the name and date of birth, then the doctor gave a skull tomography, my wife went to change clothes, put on the hospital clothes to do the exam, on the way back the attendant comes saying " I didn't even need to change clothes, it's a skull tomography " that is the attendant are very inattentive. We went to the green room to wait for the exam result, it had already been about 40 minutes that I was there waiting, if I wasn't going to ask if the exam was ready they wouldn't let me know. A large hospital but with a good part of interns starting with the nurses who don't even know how to look for a vein in their arm!
