Estava com um horário pra instalação hoje de 15:00 as 18:00hs o técnico Jonathas simplesmente não apareceu e falou que foi até o local! Um absurdo e uma falta de respeito.
Entrei em contato com a NET e fiz uma reclamação.
Vejo pelos comentários que esse problema é recorrente. Lamentável!
Terrible attendance!
I had a time for installation today from 15:00 to 18:00 pm technician Jonathas just didn't show up and said he went to the place! Absurd and disrespectful.
I contacted NET and filed a complaint.
I see from the comments that this problem is recurring. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 11/04/2022 o técnico José Maria Barcelos esteve em minha residência para retirar um ponto de tv da claro a meu pedido. O mesmo não efetuou a baixa do aparelho e estou sendo cobrado por um serviço que não tenho mais. Não consigo falar com a a empresa e a solução será judicializar.
