Se sabem que há um atraso, deveriam marcar menos pessoas para atendimento ou avisar aos que já fizeram o agendamento que há esse atraso. Fiz o agendamento para as 11h20 e, ao chegar no local, fui informada de que meu horário era de 11h50, mas fui atendida depois desse horário.
Long service and respect 0 with people mainly in quarantine. If they know that there is a delay, they should appoint fewer people to attend or inform those who have already made an appointment that there is a delay. I made the appointment for 11:20 am and, when I arrived at the place, I was informed that my time was 11:50 am, but I was answered after that time.
