Sinto pela fase em que estamos passando de pandemia, onde tive que desmarcar minha consulta e ela seria mesmo cancelada, pois a Doutora Roberta precisou se afastar também por motivo de saúde. Mas espero o tempo que for preciso para retornar.
 I have always been very well attended. This Clinic was recommended to me because of the seriousness and professionalism it presents. I am very satisfied. I am sorry for the phase in which we are going through a pandemic, where I had to cancel my appointment and it would even be canceled, as Dr. Roberta also had to leave for health reasons. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na nossa vida encontramos pessoas especiais que fazem toda a diferença, principalmente nas horas de dor. Dr Antunes e Andreia são duas dessas pessoas. Minha família é cliente dessa clínica desde sempre. Dr Antunes é o guardião da nossa saúde, mas e também quem nos apoia emocionalmente. Passamos por problemas sérios, principalmente com a minha mãe e fomos socorridos de maneira carinhosa, amorosa por todas as pessoas dessa Clínica. A Andreia é muito especial, tem sempre uma solução para as nossas necessidades. Mesmo q eu me estendesse discorrendo sobre tudo que devo ao Dr Antunes, ainda teria muito a dizer. Então resumindo, gratidão eterna por tudo que recebi dessas pessoas impares. Deus os abençoe por serem seres humanos inigualáveis.
In our life we find special people who make all the difference, especially in the hours of pain. Dr Antunes and Andreia are two of those people. My family has been a client of this clinic since forever. Dr Antunes is the guardian of our health, but also the one who supports us emotionally. We went through serious problems, mainly with my mother and we were helped in a loving, loving way by all the people of this Clinic. Andreia is very special, she always has a solution for our needs. Even if I went on talking about everything I owe to Dr Antunes, I still had a lot to say. So in summary, eternal gratitude for everything I received from these odd people. God bless you for being unrivaled human beings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que a secretária Jane ainda não compreendeu a filosofia de bom atendimento que a clínica tanto preza: respostas secas, fingiu que anotou meu nome completo e o quesito “tratamento humanizado”, tão aclamado pelas demais resenhas, passou longe do seu tom. Lamentável ter que passar por alguém assim para poder chegar até o profissional médico.
I think Secretary Jane still hasn't understood the philosophy of good service that the clinic cherishes: dry answers, she pretended she wrote down my full name and the item “humanized treatment”, so acclaimed by the other reviews, was far from her tone. It's a pity to have to go through someone like that in order to get to the medical professional.

Atendimento excelente desde a recepção, quer presencialmente, quer por telefone. Atendem com dedicação procurando solucionar o problema do cliente. Médicos competentissimos e humanos. Atendem com competência, empenho, respeito e, principalmente, com muito amor. Temos eterna gratidão por todos os médicos e funcionários. Quando chegamos lá, nos sentimos em casa, devido ao carinhoso e eficiente acolhimento. Já fomos atendidos por vários médicos lá, mas, com mais frequência, o Dr. José Eduardo Antunes que é o médico de nossa família em todos os momentos. Temos um carinho em especial pela Andrea que acolhe a todos com muita humanidade, competência e prestatividade.
