Comprei uma bota pro meu filho dia 12 de maio 2021 3 dias depois saiu a sola do calçado, fiquei mto decepcionada.
Delay and disorganization in service.
I bought a boot for my son on May 12, 2021 3 days later the sole of the shoe came out, I was very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de Curitiba e dei uma passadinha no Shopping, não pude deixar de reparar nos preços justos dos tênis aqui, principalmente nesta loja... Fui super bem atendido, assim como minha namorada e acabei saindo de lá com 2 pares de tênis. Isso já fazem mais de 3 meses e os tênis estão novos até hoje... Ótima qualidade do material revendido!
I'm from Curitiba and I stopped by the Shopping, I couldn't help noticing the fair prices of sneakers here, especially in this store... I was very well attended, as was my girlfriend and I ended up leaving there with 2 pairs of sneakers. It's been over 3 months and the shoes are still new today... Great quality of the resold material!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bem ruim. É necessário correr atrás das atendentes e aguardar um bom tempo até que ela te atendam. Acredito que deveriam contratar mais funcionários para não passar por isso, pois a loja do Centro de Piracicaba é cheia de funcionários e o atendimento é outro nível.
The service is pretty bad. It is necessary to run after the attendants and wait a long time for them to assist you. I believe they should hire more employees not to go through this, as the Piracicaba Center store is full of employees and service is another level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível... Véspera de Black Friday duas atendentes na loja. Nem olhavam pra nossa cara pra não precisar atender, quando conseguimos enfim, ser atendidos, ela trouxe os sapatos, e desapareceu, sumiu. E pra variar trouxe só um par de cada sapato pra gente experimentar. Perderam uma venda, pois eu estava precisando urgente de uma sandália pra minha filha que só tinha nessa loja, e só não levei pois me recuso a dar dinheiro pra uma loja que não tem um bom atendimento.
Horrible experience... Black Friday eve two attendants in store. They didn't even look at our faces so we wouldn't need to answer, when we finally managed to be taken care of, she brought her shoes, and disappeared, disappeared. And for once I brought only one pair of each shoe for us to try on. They lost a sale because I was in urgent need of a sandal for my daughter, who only had it at this store, and I just didn't take it because I refuse to give money to a store that doesn't have good service.
