★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpre prazo de entrega do Residencial Alba Garden. Atrasado mais de 1 ano. Fizemos o distrato e mais uma vez não cumpriram com o prometido para devolução do valor! Não conseguimos reaver nem a primeira parcela que estava prevista para o dia 20 de abril de 2017 e alegam que existem outras pessoas na mesma situação que não somos os únicos.
O total que pagamos foi mais de 20 mil reais e até então eles não devolveram nada!!!
Ligo todos os dias e eles sempre informam que na terça irão depositar e nunca depositam. INSATISFAÇÃO PLENA, FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR
The delivery deadline for Residencial Alba Garden is not met. Overdue more than 1 year. We canceled the contract and once again did not fulfill the promise to return the value! We were unable to recover even the first installment that was scheduled for April 20, 2017 and claim that there are other people in the same situation that we are not the only ones.
The total we paid was more than 20 thousand reais and until then they did not return anything !!!
I call every day and they always inform me that on Tuesday they will deposit and never deposit. FULL DISSATISFACTION, LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CONSUMER
