Eu comecei a treinar em 2017, e sendo bem sincera eu nunca fui muito chegada a atividade física no geral. Por isso foi uma grande surpresa quando eu não só comecei o kung fu, mas também me mantive ativa desde então. Os benefícios foram inúmeros. Alem de uma melhora qualitativa da coordenação e da disciplina, eu acabei levando os ensinamentos de não desistir para minha vida profissional e pessoal. Me tornando uma pessoa resiliente e muito mais disposta. Afinal, se vc consegue ficar no cavalo, qualquer outra coisa é fichinha (menos flexão e prancha, mas um dia a gente chega lá, né?). Obrigada equipe do Tatuapé por sempre me motivar! Vocês são o máximo!
