Essa semana, tive a oportunidade de ir na loja de Itaipu, parada certa na volta da praia!
A qualidade dos produtos, como sempre estava indiscutível, entretanto, a loja estava extremamente quente.
Torando um ambiente absolutamente INSALUBRE para os atendentes que estavam literalmente pingando de suor. O próprio acondicionamento de produtos, como por exemplo a maionese, fica claramente prejudicada nessas condições. Mesmo que fique pouco tempo fora dos refrigeradores, a temperatura da loja está tão alta que fiquei com receio de comer a maionese. E a própria condição de higiene dos funcionários fica prejudicada uma vez que pingam de suor e sofrem por trabalharem nessas condições. Espero que reavaliem a instalação de um ar condicionado para melhorar, sobretudo, a condição de trabalho dos funcionários. De maneira secundária, não menos importante, o acondicionamento dos produtos.

Making for an absolutely UNHEALTHY environment for the attendants who were literally dripping with sweat. The packaging of products, such as mayonnaise, is clearly impaired under these conditions. Even if it's only a short time out of the refrigerators, the store's temperature is so high that I was afraid to eat the mayonnaise. And the employees' own hygiene condition is impaired as they drip with sweat and suffer from working in these conditions. I hope they reassess the installation of an air conditioner to improve, above all, the working condition of employees. Secondly, not least, the packaging of the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salgado é saboroso, sem igual, e é o que ainda mantém este lugar. O atendimento é péssimo. Meu pedido demorou 2 horas e 10 minutos para chegar em casa e veio com 3 itens errados. 1 dos itens o entregador trocou com o lanche de outro cliente e me entregou. Os outros dois a loja ficou de mandar os corretos e passadas 4 horas desde o pedido, nada foi enviado. Desligaram o telefone da loja e o motoboy pegou o contato do gerente e pediu para eu ligar para resolver a troca e o gerente me destratou no telefone e ainda desligou na minha cara. Um absurdo. Paguei por um lanche que chegou frio, veio errado e não houve NENHUM esforço da equipe para corrigir um erro que foi deles, além de eu ter sido destratado. Ah, e também não emitiram nem trouxeram cupom fiscal. Uma vergonha. Pena que o italiano de lá é gostoso. Atendimento nota 0 pq não tem como dar menor.
The salty taste is unique, and that's what keeps this place going. The service is terrible. My order took 2 hours and 10 minutes to get home and it came with 3 wrong items. 1 of the items the delivery man exchanged with another customer's snack and delivered it to me. The other two the store had to send the correct ones and after 4 hours since the order, nothing was sent. They hung up the store's phone and the motoboy took the manager's contact and asked me to call to resolve the exchange and the manager mistreated me on the phone and even hung up on me. An absurdity. I paid for a snack that arrived cold, came wrong and there was NO effort from the team to correct a mistake that was theirs, besides me being mistreated. Oh, and they also didn't issue or bring a tax coupon. A shame. Too bad the Italian there is delicious. Service note 0 because there is no way to give less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que me chamou a atenção antes foi pelo sabor e aparência só salgado. Agora está tudo jogado na vitrine , queijo escorrendo pelo vitrine, os salgados queimados por cima , pouca opção de sabor (pelo menos das vezes que fui lá), sem contar o atendimento. Teve um cliente ao meu lado que nao estava entendendo o que o vendedor estava falando por conta da máscara e pedindo pra repetir, o vendedor falou da seguinte forma "ta de sacanagem né?" "Ainda não entendeu?".. por isso minha avaliação será essa , tomara que melhore
What caught my attention before was the taste and appearance just salty. Now it's all thrown in the window, cheese dripping through the window, the snacks burned on top, little choice of flavor (at least the times I went there), not to mention the service. There was a customer next to me who didn't understand what the salesman was saying because of the mask and asking to repeat, the salesman said as follows "it's dirty, huh?" "You still don't understand?".. that's why my evaluation will be this, I hope it improves
