★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Hospital é bom, entretannto, tem que ser planejada uma forma mais lógica de atendimento para os animais que estao em tratamento, com medicamentos injetáveis que dependem de tomarem lá esses medicamentos com horário, como antibióticos.
Estou, a 10 dias, levando meu cao para tomar antibióticos diários, duas vezes ao.dia.
Hoje, chegamos la as 7:30 hs e so formos atendidos ss 13:30hs. Se passaram 4 horas do horário do medicamento . O cao, além de estar sem a medicação, fica sem o alimento e cuidados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Levei minha cachorra extremamente machucada, tinha sido atacado por outros cachorros e ainda tive o desprazer de ser questionada sobre a urgência do caso. Além da falta de profissionais para o atendimento causando um congestionamento de pessoas no local, a falta de tato dos profissionais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de atendimento com o DR Lucas/ Ortopedista como a cachorra é muito grande, raça Dobermann eu optei por ficar lá fora com ela, o pessoal da recepção prontamente me ajudou pelo whatss mesmo e o Dr veio até ali fora também fazer uma pré consulta. Gostei do atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE vc ama seu animalzinho NÃO leve no HVU, eles fazem procedimentos sem necessidade nos animais para ''aprender'' , como são estudantes querem ver como funciona, e no meu caso, acabou matando minha cachorrinha, não levo nunca mais um de meus animais lá e recomendo que ngm leve, os animais lá são tratados como cobaias.
IF you love your pet DO NOT take it to the HVU, they do unnecessary procedures on the animals to ''learn'', as students want to see how it works, and in my case, it ended up killing my dog, I will never take one of my animals again there and I recommend that no one take it, the animals there are treated like guinea pigs.

Neste Hospital Veterinário Universitário (HVU) pude perceber esse tratamento.
Possui recursos para análise e detecção de enfermidade dos animais para ajudar no tratamento ou intervenção cirúrgica.
Há estacionamento, bancos de espera, acessibilidade, sala de espera e salas de pronto atendimento aos animais.
Neste momento precisa melhorar no atendimento da recepção.
